20/4/2022 17:08 | Donk7, don't know if you're serious or not but strangely enough I was thinking about the DGC recently. This was largely before my time but it did cause a great deal of grief and pain .......(what's new?)The company did spend a great deal of time and money on this and the current environment may be in its favour.I would have thought that any number of very large engineering companies would be up for picking the technology up on the cheap ( very cheap). The patents etc may be a bit of a mess/complicated but there is possible value. | pavey ark

19/4/2022 21:00 | The thing is Pavey, if they can make a few sales of their downhole gas compressor (DGC) then this could be a good recovery play. Patents, no lubrication and a bit of extra gas that would otherwise have gone to waste, what could be better? The Prof (Musgrave) really needs to pull his finger out and sell a few DGC's. Agreed? | donk7
19/4/2022 18:06 | fernandesb: CFD's and Spread betting as I said was no go for me given high risk. Hope you had a good look at YGEN I mentioned at 8pish and hit 10p today. I see the nurse has given pervy ars an Easter pass as he is posting his usual inane drivel and convincing himself what a smart investor he is....took two accountants to explain to him about cashflow issues though he could not understand the fiscal drag impact of recruitment when I raised the cashflow/profitabili | catch007

17/4/2022 13:51 | The other question is whither SAG are controlling the news flow or not. Is it in SAG's interest for the company to look good and the price increase ? Do they intend to come back for the rest of TPG and what will they pay ? If the share price continues at this level they may get to 50%+ with a silly offer.....although the big question is what constitutes "a silly offer" ? | pavey ark
17/4/2022 12:56 | PA:- Thanks for your insight. I first started looking a this back in 2001 in the days of Goazdawa but the message received was always tomorrow, may be tomorrow etc etc so never invested and only gambled when the share price collapsed and was lucky with timing - Could easily have gone the other way. The $64k question - Have SAG uncovered a lot of concealed problems - share price message is that they have. Will watch and wait for a bit while doing more DD but I think there are more promising opportunties around. | pugugly
17/4/2022 11:48 | PA re 232 - Very nice price - Got all mine away at 5.7p for a 57% profit annualised 302% so cannot complain. 2.5p agreed looks very strange and suggests that maybe more dead rats to be found. (imo but DYOR AS USUAL) | pugugly
16/4/2022 23:08 | hi catch007 Just a warning to all on this board. If any broker approaches anyone regarding trading in CFD's be very careful. the charges could be as high as £20 or £ 30 for a single trade so to buy you pay £30 and to sell £30 so if you purchase 1 share you will be paying £60 in total. Stick to spread betting which where you only pay on the spread and overnight charges which are not too high. I put $695 in a Cfd account my balance is now £138, if i try to close my positions, i will have a zero balance. | fernandesb
