26/1/2022 09:37 | I agree with the above comment. I think SAG are well insulated here. It would be strange for a company with SAG's excellent track record to get the valuation of a bid wrong by about 50%. My guess is that they are working hard to get the TPG business back on track and if that happens they will be happy even if they only retain 30% of TPG. And if they were to come back with a bid of 4.5p it would suggest they are pretty confident it is worth more than that. Personally not too worried what happens next and happy to hold All IMHO | truffle
25/1/2022 12:50 | Call me stupid.....well I have been here since 24th October 2007 so I wouldn't blame you. But that aside, if a company (SAG) comes in with a bid of 6.5p for TPG, which is then rejected, so they buy 30% of the company in the open market at an average of about 6p....why is TPG not an absolute buy right now at these prices? I mean to say, even if SAG only came back with an offer of 4.5p for the rest of the shares, that is an approximate 25% return on investment at today's price. I know I've been topping up....but that's no recommendation! | paulgo
24/1/2022 09:27 | Useful Sales Plan Never did have one imo | buywell3
24/1/2022 09:22 | yes Sept, they do. Unfortunately, it would appear that TPG have been unable to demonstrate they have a USP. And thereby hangs a tale. | fat00mch
21/1/2022 13:23 | electrolysis uses electricity to break water into oxygen and hydrogen - don't TPG have that? | septblues
21/1/2022 11:36 | Septblues, can you explain the relevance of that to TPG? Genuinely interested. | paulgo

11/1/2022 20:24 | I gave up repeatedly saying that some time ago after having been told that they only report sales over 500k.That was also not true? when it suits.Anyway, I voted with my feet at a big financial loss to me. Timo, hope you get something nearing an acceptable conclusion to this sorry mess of a Company. | secretsqu

30/12/2021 15:28 | Who is selling at the moment? It doesn't seem to make any sense, because: 1. SAG appear to be readying themselves for a full take-over (at a minimum 6.5p) 2. The share price rebounds after each day's sales, so there's greater likelihood the price will tick up, rather than down. This is my personal opinion, so DYOR | thompsonminor
29/12/2021 10:17 | Round about the same time Cartmell was involved with the Shenanigans at Rangers Football Club and CSF Malaysia, whose shares were taken off AIM and the major beneficiaries of the remaining funds were "employees" What a bunch of shysters - glad we've seen the back of those leeches | fat00mch
28/12/2021 18:03 | While researching another stock - MPL - I noticed that the Chair there is Jeremy Warner Allen, former NED here. Did anyone know he was censured for under-declaring his shareholding in Cenkos for 2 years (Google:- The Times 26-Dec-2014). What a total charlatan he turned out to be. Will definitely steer clear of MPL on that basis (if no other reason) | thompsonminor
