11/2/2022 08:31 | Don't think SAG are to blame for this Pavey. What they have done is shone a light on some some disgraceful misinformation and cover up. | fat00mch
11/2/2022 08:28 | Just remember that management/board are not on your side here as TP shareholders . They want to smash the price down till shareholders will accept a takeover offer from SAG | nchanning
11/2/2022 08:17 | Off to a funeral (appropriate ...I know). I am , like any number of others, very angry at this fiasco. It is easy to make the wrong investment decisions with any share but I feel that it was always very reasonable and sensible to consider Maritime to be the solid core of this company. "Legacy contracts "...."long term liabilities"??? Even more recent questions to be answered regarding the recent board and the seeming lack of awareness of the problem. If I can find any positives on Maritime is that they have a large number of contracts and contacts.....a large number of navies are reliant on their services/knowhow. SAG are running the show and are not really interested in Maritime so it could be a "kitchen sink" job......further trash the TPG share price .....buy the remaining shares and have a much cleaner Maritime unit to sell !! At this price the Maritime unit has a negative value....perhaps it should have. Must go. | pavey ark
11/2/2022 08:13 | You are not suggesting that Carthorse and his clowns were running a bit of a dodgy outfit huh? Seems that when I pointed that out on here (aka why did Simon Kings leave this "amazing business") Imwas just attacked by the rampers. Hang your heads in shame. | terminator101
11/2/2022 08:05 | Cenkos note: "Based on this forecast and EV/EBITDA valuation range of 6.0-8.0x would equate to a share price of 4.4p to 6.7p. This implies share price upside of between 33% and 103%." Maybe SAG's offer was a bit on the high side. | slopsjon2
11/2/2022 08:03 | Based on that previous management needs investigating | dope007
11/2/2022 08:02 | Charges are paper numbers not actual earnings. There will be profit in these businesses once cleaned up. | babysitter
11/2/2022 08:01 | Don't panic - Cenkos note out this morning retains BUY rating. I think they've been saying that all the way down from 85p LOL | fat00mch
11/2/2022 07:58 | Looks like a major clean up and hitting the reset switch for 2022 and onwards. | timojelly
11/2/2022 07:39 | Wonder what the instis think of this? | timojelly
11/2/2022 07:23 | shocking...... | chrisdgb

11/2/2022 07:16 | Can you now all see why buywell tried to counteract the stupid rampers ? IMO SAG will now probably pick this up from the administrators for peanuts as it looks terminal What a POS | buywell3
11/2/2022 07:09 | Does all this go back to the PC days? | rock star
11/2/2022 07:09 | It’s not a good read. The debt holders own the company. | rock star
11/2/2022 07:08 | update - OK Kitchen sinked but (imo) significantly far worse than many of recent predictions. SAG may well have invested in a virtually dead rat. (imo) | pugugly
10/2/2022 09:24 | "David Lindsay ……will continue to support the Board, focusing on the continuing restructuring and realignment of the Group to provide a solid platform for the future. It is anticipated that he will leave the Company upon completion of that process, anticipated to be in March next year." May have an indication in March as to progress - based on whether Lindsay does depart. | fat00mch
09/2/2022 17:23 | Nothing.....that's the problem. | timojelly
09/2/2022 16:34 | And you still wouldn't take 6.5p? | paulgo
09/2/2022 15:59 | What's going on here.... | kwizza
