Have to agree nobby. The gearing (considering we have £10m in cash and an mcap of about £14m) to profitability is huge.

For those who have anything more than a short term view, this will go way higher IMHO. As always patience is a virtue but this is going to be a multi bagger from this level. I said this before the results so is of absolutely no surprise to me.

That market cap will come down by around 10-15% after buybacks too. Anyone worried about net assets, I wouldn't. The Vocare acquisition last year brought a high turnover (£80m) and low net assets (£2m-£3m), so it's a high goodwill figure showing as intangible so I am not too concerned about that.

Almost 2% of the shares traded already. That is unusual for TLY and should accelerate the clearance of the overhang from the IIs assuming it is still there.

I expect it will return there one day spacedust. A different company to when you bought though.

Spacedust the reason shares go down after results is because they have already been bought into due to leaky companies. TLY have no leakes and the opposite happened it got oversold prior to results.

spacedust, sorry to hear that. Do you not practise a stoploss, or were you away from your desk at the time?

Hopefully and fingers crossed that it doesn't happen here at TLY. I need 120p on my batch bought many years ago just to break even.

Ha ha Brucie - it looks that way. This would be my top pick ahead of AOR and TAP.

All IMHO.

Greetings Del. Parob.

Seen anything else good recently, or are we all just following the same shares?

I was not negative but during caution. Have you never seen a aim share releasing great results but ends up red after being blue in your entire life?

Agreed Parob.

The real growth should start now - they have built this company to take advantage of the IUC market which is only just starting....

At 50p the market cap would still only be £30 million.

Thanks Nobby. 14m mcap with 10m cash, and now profitable. Hmm.

-- Revenue GBP42.5m (12 months ended 31 Dec 2016: GBP4.0m)
-- EBITDA GBP0.2m (12 months ended 31 Dec 2016: GBP1.2m loss)
-- PBT GBP2.1m (12 months ended 31 Dec 2016: GBP1.5m loss)
-- Cash of GBP10.2m as at 31 March 2018 (31 Dec 2016: GBP1.0m)

Like I said earlier - this should double IMO....

Its been battered on a forced seller and worries about integration = hopefully they will now be laid to rest.

I would agree with that summary. The only negative is in the balance sheet (as at 31st December), showing as it does negative net current assets.Cash has been managed well and given the nature of the business, this balance sheet weakness may be nothing to get too worried about. It is also the position at 31st December, the position may be much stronger now. Either way net assets of £27m (albeit flattered by intangibles) does indicate just how undervalued the share is. Still cheap as chips IMO.

Didn't expect such a healthy integration. GLA

Nobby

There was always likely to be some selling pressure as a few that were sucked in cut and run. However I have had a good read of the results. I was fully expecting a complete basket case with significant cash burn etc etc given the share price movements leading up to these results. However I was pleasantly surprised. Cash controls seem to be tight, profit turnaround decent given that these only reflect 5 months. the one thing I dislike isthe balance sheet is complicated and weak. Loaded with intangibles, but given the takeover and nature of the business this is only to be expected I suppose.
