I have been in and out of SKP in the recent past. The takeover looks interesting but I suspect growth won't be quite so rapid for the larger group.

For the record my two 'big' holdings are TYR/TYRU and DEMG.....

Don't get me wrong, I trade all the time around the edges of my holdings. What I mean by an all or nothing approach is that I go big on just 2 or 3 companies. I have relatively small speculative punts in 3 companies at present of which TLY is one and large holdings in 2 companies. I have to decide whether to make TLY a third 'large holding'.

I don't use an all or nothing approach... I would buy in and top up depending on newsflow.... likewise I would top slice or sell depending on newsflow...
Very rarely do I buy just the once...

I have risk/reward against each... the amount I invest varies depending on the risk reward, newsflow... so I don't have a fixed amount...

Spread the risk....don't invest money you can't afford to lose...

Everyone has their own investment strategy and it's what works best for them....

currently, TLY makes up a large part of my portfolio...

Certainly these are exciting times. TLY makes up only a small part of my portfolio currently and so I will have to decide whether to increase the portion I hold in this company. I tend to buy big stakes (by my standards!) in a small number of companies so it is essentially an all or nothing approach.

I agree... Bob Holt is building an empire.. Compared to their mcap, they have a significant amount of cash...
They're buying by paying a small upfront price with the balance depending on targets...
In the meantime, revenues and profits (hopefully) look set to rise significantly from current levels...

From what I can see it seems like someone is trying to buy a chunk at the moment but the MMs are not playing ball. I think we may see some delayed buys later but not of the size the buyer wants.

Just IMHO of course....

On the RSP the MMs are bidding up for lots of stock at 61p and there is no cheaper offer. This is going to move up sharply in the next few days IMHO unless some sellers are flushed out. From my point of view Bob Holt is building another empire and the sky is the limit here.

At least a doubling in the price in the short to medium term is very possible here IMHO. A market cap of £20 million+ is not unreasonable.

The pre-tax profit shall be the pre-tax profit of About Health for the relevant period and shall be derived from the Target's relevant audited annual accounts. In the event that the pre-tax profit for any of Y2, Y3 or Y4 is less than 80 per cent. of the previous year's pre-tax profit, Totally shall be entitled to clawback an amount equal to 7 times the full amount of the shortfall (and not just the shortfall below the 80 per cent. figure) from any earn out payments due for the following years.
