22/3/2016 17:52 | Interesting Premier Physical looking for staff ......... For New contracts ? | porky8
21/3/2016 19:08 | Porky, thanks for uptodate Shareholder info... II's and Directors have taken part in the recent fund raising @ 62p... shows confidence by both parties.. although does dilute holdings... | sikhthetech
21/3/2016 19:04 | Rick, good post... yes, TLY are only paying a fraction up front with the rest depending on performance targets.. Given Don is director of both companies, I think he would've set realistic targets... it does mean that TLY have some £6m cash of the funds raised sitting around... I'd like to see some figures from Premier Physical... | sikhthetech
21/3/2016 17:40 | Sikhthetech Plus the directors - Bob Holt &n &n &n &n &n &n Bob Holt &nbs Wendy Lawrence Don Baladasan   Tony Bourne &n Mike Rogers &n &n &n 62 Rick agree ......... Cleverly done indeed . | porky8
21/3/2016 15:42 | Just got to say, that Daily Mail article is nonesense. It is not 'effectively a reverse takeover' in any sense. Totally have bought Premier, mostly paid and payable in cash and no indication that Premier are replacing the Totally management. Also they did not pay £6.75m, they have paid something a fraction of this now and future payments based on profits over several years, the £6.75m is a cap and unlikely to be reached unless Premier perform exceptionally well. I expect this to be the first of a number of very smartly structure acquisitions by Holt. Small upfront payment, with structured payments over time dependant on the acquired company performing. | 62rick
21/3/2016 10:34 | I see Don, our Financial Director, is also a non-exec director of Premier Physical Health... He should have an idea of how well Premier are doing, shouldn't he??? | sikhthetech
21/3/2016 10:28 | Porky, Thanks.. That's a big increase in holdings... over 70% owned by top 6 IIs... I would've expected Bob Holt to go for more...fair bit of dilution for us PIs... | sikhthetech
18/3/2016 23:25 | FULL NAMES AND HOLDINGS OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS EXPRESSE CAPITAL, BEFORE AND AFTER ADMISSION (underlining the first name by which each is known or including any other name by which each is known): -------------------- &n -------------------- &n &n -------------------- &n &n -------------------- &n -------------------- &n -------------------- &n &n -------------------- &n &n -------------------- &n -------------------- &n -------------------- | porky8
18/3/2016 10:24 | Physios in surgeries 'can save GPs time and money' Good article... exactly...or have a specialist company provide the service... Anyone know of a growing company specialising in Physio, Health Coaching, SDM etc... ;-) | sikhthetech
17/3/2016 17:33 | myths about SDM - article from 7th March, retweeted today.. | sikhthetech
17/3/2016 15:51 | 300p coming soon. This share was 10000p once upon a time | spacedust
16/3/2016 09:52 | Porky, Red Army previously said tly are worth 45-50p.. good luck to him... it's his money... IIs and some PIs think TLY are worth a lot more... I certainly believe that they are... IIs owning > 50%... | sikhthetech
16/3/2016 09:44 | thanks Bobby... TLY didn't ease due to 'profit taking', more to do with the placing price... Institutions showing confidence in the takeover, with Unicorn and Shroders increasing their stakes... Don't forget they managed to raise only £1m 6 months ago... year before, they were trying to raise a few hundred thousand... Now they managed £6m, previously, a figure they could only dream of .. that, to me, shows a lot of confidence in the BoD... Now we need figures and outlook statement to support the confidence... | sikhthetech
16/3/2016 07:52 | Red Army . It's called confidence ! | porky8
15/3/2016 12:29 | Taken some at 69p - there's only a total of 7500 shrs showing on each side of the L2 bid/ask......2 x 5k @70p and 5k @71p. f | fillipe
15/3/2016 08:45 | Good reminder sikh! | bobby.ifa
15/3/2016 08:37 | Remember the Daily Mail Article.. sikhthetech 11 Jan'16 - 23:15 - 896 of 965 1 0 edit Porky, I just thought - you maybe right about something new... remember the Daily Mail article mentioned that an Earnings Enhancing acquisition is on the cards... I wonder if it's for that.. all speculation at this stage... Let's see what they say... The Daily Mail Summary is: <...> An earnings enhancing acquisition is on the cards enabling that figure to be reached sooner rather than later." | sikhthetech
15/3/2016 08:37 | Better at 62p than 31p. Major institutions are in here. Game changer once this goes through & more to come. | bobby.ifa
15/3/2016 08:17 | Shame they raised money at 62p when the price was in the 70s but c'est la vie. I am sure that Bob Holt is building an impressive company here. Nobby | nobbygnome
15/3/2016 07:44 | The wait is over! Appears a very decent acquisition and hopefully earnings positive going forward. Totally is going to become a much larger company... | knigel
14/3/2016 08:55 | Could do with some long overdue news though | knigel
14/3/2016 08:41 | And before I even finished typing a 2500 buy moved the bid upwards! Don't dally if you want to buy a few more. Nobby | nobbygnome
14/3/2016 08:38 | They are bidding up for lots of stock at 75p and there is no cheaper offer. So all you can buy is 2500 at 78p. So a further move up is imminent IMHO as it appears the MMs are still caught and short! Nobby | nobbygnome |
