yes, TLY are only paying a fraction up front with the rest depending on performance targets..
Given Don is director of both companies, I think he would've set realistic targets... it does mean that TLY have some £6m cash of the funds raised sitting around...

I'd like to see some figures from Premier Physical...

Just got to say, that Daily Mail article is nonesense.

It is not 'effectively a reverse takeover' in any sense. Totally have bought Premier, mostly paid and payable in cash and no indication that Premier are replacing the Totally management.

Also they did not pay £6.75m, they have paid something a fraction of this now and future payments based on profits over several years, the £6.75m is a cap and unlikely to be reached unless Premier perform exceptionally well.

I expect this to be the first of a number of very smartly structure acquisitions by Holt. Small upfront payment, with structured payments over time dependant on the acquired company performing.

IIs and some PIs think TLY are worth a lot more... I certainly believe that they are...

thanks Bobby... TLY didn't ease due to 'profit taking', more to do with the placing price...
Institutions showing confidence in the takeover, with Unicorn and Shroders increasing their stakes...

Don't forget they managed to raise only £1m 6 months ago... year before, they were trying to raise a few hundred thousand...

Now they managed £6m, previously, a figure they could only dream of .. that, to me, shows a lot of confidence in the BoD...

Now we need figures and outlook statement to support the confidence...

I just thought - you maybe right about something new... remember the Daily Mail article mentioned that an Earnings Enhancing acquisition is on the cards... I wonder if it's for that..

all speculation at this stage... Let's see what they say...

The Daily Mail Summary is:

They are bidding up for lots of stock at 75p and there is no cheaper offer. So all you can buy is 2500 at 78p. So a further move up is imminent IMHO as it appears the MMs are still caught and short!
