Is it possible ......... And may explain lack of contracts with ccgs ......... That our Pilot contracts
For 100 patients have been replaced ....... With a budget for Gps to refer patients to our services ?.....
Just kicking the ball around ........ Any thoughts ?

Isn't this the CCG part of their business?

Re this.
Under the group, there are currently three main brands:

Totally Health: offers tailored one-to-one clinical health coaching for people with long term health conditions, patients discharged from hospital following an exacerbation or shared decision making coaching to enable the patient to select the treatment right for them. The service is currently offered to NHS patients via their GPs i.e. the end user is referred to Totally Health via their GP or health practitioner and the service is paid for via the NHS.
If this could be offered in every GPs surgery in the country ,when deemed appropriate to the patients circumstances . Now that would be a game changer.
There's approximately 8,000 GP practices in England ,plus approximately 2,000 in the rest of the UK.
5 patients from each ?

This is actually great news...

Insignia Health's PAM tool is just that, a tool for measuring a patient's ABILITY to self manage their long term condition (ltc)..

If the patient is unable to self manage their ltc then they would be ideal for Health Coaching...

Approx 40 CCG's are subscribing to the PAM tool to assess patient's needs... approx 1.8m patients are involved... Previously the CCGs had to pay for this tool, now it's free, so many more should be able to subscribe to it...

The question is will patients who are unable to self-manage their ltc be referred for Health Coaching.... Patients have NHS personal budgets or the CCG could assess whether it's cheaper to subscribe them for Health Coaching than have patients bed-block local hospital beds...

Crafty sods have made the first year free, so the benefits can be seen to make sign up inevitable.

According to Manta, Insignia has approx $1m to $2.5m revenue and 5-9 employees...
Maybe TLY will buy them out...

Porky, My reading of it....CCG's get funding from NHS...so ultimately NHS pays...The local structure can change when the Government changes, NHS doesn't...

Does this mean there's no need for CCG contracts ?

TLY could advertise their services, D2C (myclinicalcoach), on Healthwise website???...
also could it be a gateway to US market?? although probably too early and too small for thinking US.

it is hard to say, the outlook from results might give us a clue...

Daily Mail see this as a their share of the year, so should get some column with news two days on the run & so generate interest.

Its hard to say, if they are not for profit, then they have a more charitable/patriarchal outlook to business rather than a more aggressive outlook of focussed shareholder driven plc's.

Healthwise is a US company, founded 1975.

They are a global provider of health information...

I wonder if this was why the bod went to US...

This is excellent news. It provides a platform to market D2C here in UK... it's also provides a platform to market TLY services in US...

Why would a US company be signing agreements with a small UK company???

Your both right, would like to see money with the news, so Bob Holt can get that million he is seeking to get his shares. The company has transformed from a fingerling to a frisky juvenile in no time.
