Yes he made a point about when he is trying to do a deal; he clearly hates people who beat around the bush and just want to talk. Once there is general agreement that a deal is possible, he just wants to get on and sort it out.

He also emphasised that he doesn't know much about the nitty gritty of healthcare but he also didn't know anything about repairing houses either! He is there to do the corporate stuff and general strategy and leave the running of the actual contracts to the managers who know the detail.

Nobby,
excellent post..
Thanks for this...
Bob does have the backing of IIs - proven... He didn't have any problem raising £6m recently, despite TLY's fy2015 showing such a low revenue figure...

Not only does Bob speak but he has a reputation for delivery.... The 1st time I met him, he came across as someone who means business and doesn't just talk... He cleared out the old directors and appointed directors who can help him deliver...

The fact he took on his role without any fees until TLY made £1m ebita says a lot...

He has stated a couple of times that he's own target is for TLY to be a £100m mcap company...

The potential is there.. Time to deliver...

Well in my opinion Bob is a visionary. Clearly to some degree he was preaching to the converted in me, but genuinely I think he is building another empire. His presentation was a little bit rambling but essentially he used the example of Mears to show what he is going to do with TLY. Mears won and continue to win the outsourcing battle in social housing hands down due to quality of service.

He gave us various interesting bits of information which I will put in a list to make it easier to compile. Points are listed in no particular order

1. Of the £120 billion health budget £20 billion is spent on outsourcing
2. Bob has a number of fund managers who he spoke to before he came into the company who will support him as he acquires further companies. They have already put in money and essentially trust him because they have all made a fortune in Mears. So future funding is absolutely no problem
3. Further acquisitions are coming soon. He intimated one will be a company who provide the non serious treatments in A+E. It was news to me that this was outsourced. Another possible acquisition seemed to be a company which repatriates asylum seekers.
4. This year he was looking for turnover of £10 million
5. The critical mass for turnover of such a company is £50 million and this is the level he is looking to get to ASAP.
6. The Leicester contract saved around £2.5 million for the trust
7. The dermatology field is the most rapidly growing area of medicine which is why they bought About. I must admit I didn't realise this and wondered why they bought this company. The fact that the price for this company was very cheap was alluded to by the Chairman of the meeting.
8. Outsourcing in the NHS is here to stay. It is rare that once a service is outsourced the decision is reversed.
9. I spoke to him afterwards and his broker had great trouble getting the stock he bought recently. I think he was trying to buy more than he actually got. It just shows the current market is a bit false.

So the bottom line is that Bob wants to build a Mears like company in health outsourcing. So expect many further acquisitions and a rapid increase in turnover. He exuded confidence and personally I fully expect him to deliver. I don't want to go overboard but Bob is one of the most inspirational people I have ever met. It is fine to identify a visionary but they have to deliver. Bob has a history of delivering so personally I back him 100% to succeed again. I mentioned before I was considering TLY becoming my third big holding. Rest assured that I will now implement this although it will mostly be by spreadbet so you won't necessarily see the trades.

You may detect I was quite impressed.....

All IMHO and despite my best efforts, I don't guarantee that I have reported everything accurately.

No Competition.... First Mover Advantage ......... Ground work completed..........Another Block in Place.
Thursday 30th June 2016 – Totally Health beta launches full service of direct-to-consumer clinical coaching, under the brand, My Clinical Coach (www.myclinicalcoach.com).

Using My Clinical Coach individuals or their families can choose to subscribe to the service, which is personal, yet clinically focused and tailored for each individual. Outcomes are focused on empowering patients to have a better understanding of their condition and a guide to making the right decisions about medication, lifestyle and other treatment options to ultimately improve quality of life. Subscription packages start from £24.99 per month.

In 2015, the Totally Health team began to explore the business case for a consumer offering in the clinical health coaching field. As an established provider in the healthcare market, with impressive outcomes and no competition, it was agreed that we were in a strong position to develop a nurse-led health-coaching programme aimed at people with long term health conditions (such as diabetes and COPD). With an estimated 4 million people living with diabetes in the UK1, it is clear to see the need (and market potential) for such a service to help patients and carers better manage their condition, as well as reducing the burden on and cost to the NHS.

So, the concept of My Clinical Coach was born. Since then, a clear business and marketing strategy has seen the development of a well-researched subscription based “product”; hosted and marketed as an online portal www.myclinicalcoach.com. My Clinical Coach™ is a telephone-based clinical health-coaching programme delivered by NHS-trained nurses for people with long-term health (conditions such as diabetes, chronic lung or heart conditions, or a combination of conditions).

The preliminary research phase included a number of pilot projects, such as a partnership with Stowe GP Practice to trial the service with patients. Early results from such projects indicate that there is a real patient and carer need for this type of out-of-hospital service to be made more accessible, affordable and available nationwide.

Emma-Jane Roberts, Managing Director of My Clinical Coach, comments: “At My Clinical Coach we understand and appreciate the challenges and limitations that are caused by living with a long term health condition. Totally Health has been delivering this service to patients through NHS CCG contracts since 2012. We continually receive outstanding feedback from our patients on the positive impact we make in their lives. This is one of the reasons we believe we have a strong proposition for consumers and have worked hard over the past months to develop the highest quality service we can provide. We’re excited for the beta launch and look forward to seeing the patient feedback.”

Totally Health is the first UK business to offer this service across the UK, and on Thursday 30th June, the company will beta launch the full service. Visit www.myclinicalcoach.com to see the full offering and details of all packages available.

My Clinical Coach is a service provided by Totally Health, part of AIM listed Totally Plc.

The team getting the business in must of been set targets. It would be good if they announce these targets as this will give future guidance on numbers...this in turn will create broker notes and write ups with better target prices and in turn start to get the buying happening....

See if you can get a bit more clarity on this sikhers if you going to the agm...

Jw,

absolutely, we need some guidance...
Currently, all we have the potential revenue/profits from Premier Physical & About Health.. on top of that the potential from D2C...

a lot of potential that needs to be fulfilled...

They did say that they have recruited 1250 patients for D2C... their target was 10,000 for the year...

Bob has bought shares recently, which helps...
Hopefully, we'll get a clearer picture soon...

Myclinicalcoach, full launch...

The service extended to 2 other long term conditions...diabetes and COPD...

They seem to be referring to this as stage2 with stage 3 due for launch later this year...

"The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, is pleased to announce the successful launch of the second phase of Totally Health's direct-to-consumer clinical health-coaching service, "My Clinical Coach" ("MCC"), following a successful preliminary research phase. The second phase expands the service, additionally catering for patients with diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)."
