Paving the way to pay "Dividends "

A special resolution to cancel the total amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company being GBP9,610,554. The Capital Reduction does not affect the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, the nominal value per Ordinary Share or the voting or dividend rights of any Shareholder. The Capital Reduction, once approved by the High Court, will allow the Company to pay dividends.

It seems like the market didn't quite know how to take the announcements today. I bought a few more by spreadbet first thing this morning and was then surprised when it went down. However the buyers have now come in, which seems the logical conclusion.

Majority of the changes happened post Dec 2016...
They only used part of the money raised to buy Premier.... the balance payments will be made as targets are met...

They have created a solid foundation to build on...

Disappointing turnover from làst year but that is irrelevant now. Seemingly another good acquisition and no money needs to be raised to fund the purchase. It seems that Bob Holt really is building an empire here. He is even prepared to buy shares off small shareholders to reduce costs so will increase his stake.

Overall everything looks set fair to me but I will be interested to see the view of others.

They claim 1,200 patients have been referred to the Clinical Health Coaching...If this is via D2C.. taking the average price £30 (£20-£40 a month)...

1,200 * £30 = £36k a month = £432k a year..

Their target is 10,000 patients within 1st 12 months of D2C launch...

Shares,The fy2015 results are due any day...The outlook statement should hopefully show us how the D2C, Premier and CCG contracts are performing....The figures themselves, are pre-placing, pre D2C launch...

Totally are due to report their fy2015 soon...I'm not expecting much from last year figures, as the D2C launch, buying Premier, raising £6m was all after the yr end...The outlook will be crucial..

Hi Porky,

My understanding is the patients have to come via the GPs. They know the patient's history and whether the patient is suitable for TLY services... the request for patients with certain long term conditions might come from CCG but would normally go via the GP...

In terms of lack of CCG newsflow, I did ask about these. I was told we should get an update on CCGs soon...
