No trades yesterday, no posts on the deluded thread and no RNS this morning, and over half way through W-5 until 'cash zero'.

Unfortunately the top man has a way of wriggling out of any questions with no real answers.
And is true to form when each year it is said that they will be more transparent with shareholders.
But maybe the use of transparent is men't in a different way eg see-through
(nothing their)

I will not copy and paste Reichy's post but I have included the details: rmart7 May '24 - 17:45 - 31375 of 31375

As we keep on telling Reichy the problem is not the directors, it is the narrative. A hot air balloon will take off, but it will never get to the moon. Likewise TOM has had a vaguely plausible strategy but drill down and it is pure narrative. For that reason they will not raise the funds, but as you point out they have had another year of full on salary - and they will want more. The gift that keeps on giving as some describe.

Not long now.

Just came accross this email from A YEAR AGO which I sent to tomco (3 addresses). Thought I would follow it up today, lol....

Dear Sirs,

I sent the email below 1 year ago. I notice nothing has changed (again).

Is there any progress? Are you confident of the funding for the project coming through?

Will it be the same at the next AGM?

Will anyone answer this year?

Regards

On 05/05/2023 09:27,
Dear Sirs,

I have been a Tomco shareholder for most of the last 15 years. Throughout all this time management have come and gone, all with a story to tell and all with a great project about to come good.

One thing that has changed for the worse is that we now have a current BOD that simply refuse to answer emails from shareholders, give themselves massive pay rises, whilst delivering nothing but a share price decrease for shareholders and, particularly in the last 12 months, simply give endless extentions to timelines whilst fundraise after fundraise goes on.

What is going on?
Is this deal going to get over the funding line or not ?
Is the recent £1m funding designed to just give you another 12 months where you can collect your wages whilst once again delivering nothing for the benefit of shareholders?

Regards

....

Guess what !, yup, 12 months of more wages and still the same old sae old. It is time for some answers or they should quit.

W-5.

Unless the executive and officers forgo their salary/remuneration, this company will be running out of cash in the next 5 weeks or so without new finance. Quoted companies should not be run this close to the wire. This is corner shop stuff.

Effectively W-5 now. No responsible Board would ever leave financing this late.

Desperate people will try anything and (in my opinion Mixi) there is just a chance that old tricks will be recycled. If volumes and prices suddenly increase shareholders should grab the opportunity and sell into the rise.

TD - no doubt the London market is challenged to handle such high volumes. Perhaps the deafening silence from TOM is due to the Board's moves to decamp to New York so as to realise the company's true value?

AGM in 2023 was August. Maybe about the right time for a creditors meeting:

c50% increase in trading yesterday to £93 and the biscuit tin needs c£500k. The directors should be drafting their excuses now. They could do worse than check out D Horgan of Clontarf Kennel fame who once described the sequiter 'narrative failure' as honest failure.

It is difficult to understand how investors are still holding. There is no hope of finance and either administration or another massive dilution are only days or weeks away. Even the rampers have given up and gone home. I'm guessing that anyone still holding have written off this dog.

Into W-6 now. 30 working days or so for TOM to RNS another Jones and Co bailout, or deliver the Godot funding package. More likely will be the administration RNS.

1d, re - a bit of research, a recent post on the gamblers' thread appears to suggest that conversations about placings were misplaced. The poster clearly has not even read the latest financial statements and the auditor's going concern qualification. Faint chance of shareholders doing any research if they cannot even read the latest set of accounts.
