New week, new opportunity.

Oh no it is not.

Bring the pantomime to an end.

9 working days for the accounts RNS or suspension. Surely they cannot make the same mistake as last year. Given that this is a narrative company you could add "oh yes they can".

Goulding believes this is a sand company.

It's not.
It's a narrative lifestyle company.

Goulding's rampings however do have sand for foundations.

Doomsayers one and all. The company is a sand company. There is loads of it in their land. Once the finance is finalised, all systems go. Here are the numbers,

The average silica sand export price stood at $81.7 per ton in August 2023, rising by 4.9% against the previous month. I barrel of oil at $80 produces 1.5 tons of sand. That works out at $80 for oil, and $120 for 1.5 tons of sand. $200 in total. It is the potential. Of TOM that you need to consider.

Just for a second imagine looking into the mirror each morning thinking…
I’ve spent £13m and have nothing to show for it, I’ve had zero success, and they still pay me £20,000 a month to continue.
I mean where is the logic in that?"

Agree , its shocking !

Only , £20k a month , nowhere near enough it must be time for another pay rise !

And to think I did not take any notice at all of the devout followers on the other thead telling me
not to ask questions and I had got this all wrong at , what 0.8p ?

So only avoided a 95% or so loss then.....

And about 58m shares seem to have been dumped since the latest dilution was allowed on the
market.

Ban Him, Ban Him !

lol - the total hypocrisy of the other board...

Ban us who would ask questions and sound caution
- wait for the BOD to burn about £30million
- Then start expressing doubts !

LOL

This will, or should, blow your minds.

in the 5 years John Potter has been CEO he has raised, and blown, just shy of £13m!!!!

Yes £13m to result in a market cap of circa £1m, no assets and debt!

In what World is this acceptable?? How is this allowed to happen?

What do these guys have to do to get sacked? £13m with a net result achieved of nothing. I’ll let that sink in.

Not far to go and the bod will have got the market cap under £1m.

Aside from payroll and non-exec remuneration, there is very little to audit in TOM.

You would have thought that audit sign off would be simple.

Shareholders will be hoping to see the RNS before the Easter break (28/03 last day).

Who said “is Mr Jones selling down?” Frankly, remarks like that, without proof, are unhelpful.

Mixi from your significant investment in narrative companies over the decades you will know about the impact of loose talk. You are absolutely right - get Vauch back in order.
