The AC-4D well is only 3,835 feet from HSO's producing 8-4 well. That's less than a mile away (A mile is 5,280 feet). Not far to move their rig to drill our well.

If I remember correctly, Valkor had to drill the first well to get the Oil/Bitumen core sample out and lab tested, to prove it's what Valkor were claiming it was and enable the Utah DOGM (Department of Oil, Gas & Mining) to approve the Unitization (approval of all the other wells). Maybe DOGM are making AC Oil follow the same procedure, although it would be a bit daft considering they are both targeting the same Rim Rock next door to each other.

As AC-4D is approved, I suspect it'll get drilled soon, perhaps by Valkor's HSO (Heavy Sweet Oil) subsidiary.
