08/3/2024 07:08 | Another week and no financing announcement. How many years now of overhead costs to deliver the agreement? What has Zak been up to (apart from drawing non-exec fees)? Will the next RNS be a suspension or will the auditors sign? More questions than RNSs! | the diddymen
08/3/2024 07:04 | Murph are you out there? | the diddymen
06/3/2024 21:15 | Murph, always a pleasure to confirm when I have got something wrong. I had not taken into account the recent heavily dilutory placing in the calculations. A placing which was forecast over here. Over many years we have been uncannily right about TOM. The last poster on the deluded thread who came over here and threatened to 'be back' never came back to apologise, and has not been seen since (I genuinely hope that he is OK) Simple question Murph: do you think that the auditors will sign off this set of accounts in a timely manner? | the diddymen
06/3/2024 20:09 | Funny thing is though - looking at the trades there does not seem to have been enough volume bought to get to the 80m - not unless he was the only buyer in the market... ? Being in a minority of one , is not a good place to be. So perhaps his trades have not yet or are not going to be reported in the market ? Off market purchase direct from Novum ? | fenners66
06/3/2024 20:03 | It seems to clarify that Jones .... had a 14.24% stake on the 25th of October. But as with every other long term gambler (holder) he was diluted when the company issued new shares which began trading today. He had 454,033,065 which would have been diluted today down to 11.7% from the 14.24% So he reacted by buying some to get back to 13.76% Meaning that even though he did not want to fund them directly he has still bought some actually MURPHYL its 80m shares not 75m - just correcting you so you are not spreading false information - He has lost a packet (presumably) already I guess he's trying to preserve the value of his stake ? The only semblance of a reason I can think of (given TOMS lack of business prospects) is that somehow (a bit like Musk) he has a loan and is using TOM shares as collateral - if the share price falls any lower maybe the loan gets called in . But will that end in tears ? | fenners66
06/3/2024 19:08 | Mr Jones actually increased his holding by 75m shares. The Diddymen, please do not be spreading false information on this board | murphyl
06/3/2024 18:45 | Mr Jones shedding 19m shares. Oft stated on the other thread that he must be aware of what is going on when buying shares. Does the same stand when he is selling shares? Only a few weeks until TOM's auditors need to sign off the accounts. | the diddymen
06/3/2024 16:33 | Nothing to see | vauch
05/3/2024 13:21 | I see the price has started moving a touch - in anticipation of this ? "dealings in the Fundraise Shares on AIM will commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 6 March 2024". | fenners66
05/3/2024 11:22 | Hello everyone. Well its been a long time since I posted, so for what its worth (and its not much), here is my take on the current situation. You have to credit JP for being able to get these last few raises in although they are simply lifeline raises to keep the lights on. I have been in contact with a number of people who are still holding (no names will be mentioned) and the general feeling seems to be that there is a financing agreement ready. To be honest we have been told this many times in the past and nothing ever materialises. I personally feel that the company has no option than to keep saying this as without the hope the lights would have been out months ago. I have tried to contact JP but sadly I have not had a reply so I will give up with that. This last raise gives the company probably another 3 to 4 months and without credible finance news I cannot see them getting another raise away. Although like I say JP does seems to keep pulling the rabbit out of the hat. I am on the sidelines just watching and waiting. Bye for now, lets hope the end is not nigh and this elusive finance is finally revealed. | rmart
04/3/2024 10:46 | I may start to dig the garden in the hope of finding some gold. | vauch
04/3/2024 10:45 | Hell had not realised that was so close. Soon be Easter also. Well I am now cutting working hours so have dropped Mondays this year and will add Tuesday to it next year. | vauch
04/3/2024 08:48 | Could be coming up to the 14thb again at the Grand National! | goulding1215
04/3/2024 07:22 | Hi all toms, as we have no news, just thought id keep the thread alive. Any snippets for us all to chat about, If not Tom then ya car house or any other that's on ya mind. | vauch
04/3/2024 07:08 | Probably not worth pointing out that the 'imminent' funding a few weeks back still has not resulted in an RNS, but the mugs who were drawn in at the peak of the froth are now 50% down. One option for the Board to counteract their inability to raise funding to sustain this level of expenditure for the soon to be going concern review, will be to cut the expenditure. It will have little impact on the output of the company. | the diddymen
01/3/2024 07:52 | Well that wont make much of a dent in the 666 mill to be added. to clear it the would have to be buying 400000 shares for 16000 days ish | vauch
01/3/2024 07:10 | Still no sign of Reichy on his rampfest thread. | the diddymen
01/3/2024 07:07 | Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and now March and still no news of the financing package - not that any narrative investor has a clue what the company strategy is, or what they own. De minimis enough cash to last until July, so a hiatus at the end of this month when the auditors have to put a bit of ink to the accounts. If they survive that process, then it will be July for the next fund raise. | the diddymen
29/2/2024 19:14 | Whether it's Cantor buying today or not, we'll have to wait for a holdings RNS to confirm it, but why are they holding a high risk stock like this when it goes against their investing policy, unless they know something we don't?See hTTps://www.cantor.c | haggismchaggis
29/2/2024 14:48 | 15,000, that is a big buy. Let’s hope for more. | goulding1215
29/2/2024 14:24 | Looks like Cantor Fitzgerald Europe are adding, | talais
29/2/2024 14:17 | Make that 3 big buys and up 10% | haggismchaggis |
