19/3/2024 10:57 | Looking more and more like it was the usual pump and dump to try and get those new shares away. For that strategy to work they would need some gulible retail gamblers. By their own admission rmart seems to be one as they got back in ... LOL. | fenners66
19/3/2024 08:43 | Fenners, probably about £50k. If you go back to the last set of accounts for going concern the auditors relied heavily on the ability of TOM to raise cash on the markets. The timing of yesterday's activity leaves suspicion that it was all to do with audit sign off. In my view it is not credible to believe that TOM will be able to raise further equity capital without tangible evidence of a finance deal (pigs don't fly). The only other option is to slash the overhead; in which case the company does not have the capacity to deliver its opaque strategy. ` | the diddymen
19/3/2024 08:07 | Whilst it may look like a lot of shares traded, look at the actual value its still peanuts. | fenners66
19/3/2024 07:34 | The whiff is a little stronger, the cynicism a little deeper without an RNS this morning. For TOM that was not a normal market. Who was buying those shares and why? | the diddymen
18/3/2024 21:33 | Last throw of the dice to convince auditors that there is a market? Unless a financing RNS comes out (the sensible thread's view on that is known), this has a cynical whiff about it. As ever with this particular panto, nothing ever happens. Sadly for shareholders tickets cannot be refunded. | the diddymen
18/3/2024 16:56 | Nice UT trade right at the top of today's range! | haggismchaggis
18/3/2024 15:56 | I think you might be right rmart | goulding1215
18/3/2024 13:49 | RTO INCOMING THEN !, not that the bod are telling us anything. Lips very tightly sealed. | rmart
18/3/2024 13:37 | So that's it for today. Still food for thought. If funding is announced, with our low market cap it will most likely be seen as a reverse takeover. | vauch
18/3/2024 12:30 | Haggis, we can hope, as always. | goulding1215
18/3/2024 10:50 | At least it’s given the diddymen something to bash. lol. | rmart
18/3/2024 10:40 | In a way the accounts will be a key moment because the auditors will be asked questions on going concern. Bang on cue, a 29% increase in the market price. Suspicious? Nothing is ever suspicious in a pantomime. | the diddymen
18/3/2024 10:26 | Enough cash to last 7 months, no cash concerns here. Something urged someone to buy a load first thing, here's hoping there IS something behind it. | haggismchaggis
18/3/2024 09:47 | The key here today is this. The last placing was at .045, those holders can now sell (some) at a profit. If they do, then it looks like a false rise. No big sells today and then it looks like news is due. | rmart
18/3/2024 09:44 | Welcome back rmart! Too soon for another fund raise I think. Fingers crossed for some good news. | bungeetrader
18/3/2024 09:43 | Well, 110m shares bought in an hour and a half is certainly not normal. | rmart
18/3/2024 09:43 | I'm sitting on my holding as have far to many to add more. | vauch
18/3/2024 09:39 | Someone loading up...leak? | zen12
18/3/2024 09:37 | Yup. But not the 35m ! lol. | rmart
18/3/2024 09:35 | You bought back in rmart? | bungeetrader
18/3/2024 09:34 | Flying up today, here's hoping it's project fully funded week!! | haggismchaggis
18/3/2024 08:56 | Morning all, strange today, for a small 2m buy it is 0.06 on ig , and 0.048 to sell. Something brewing ? | rmart
18/3/2024 08:17 | I'm with that comment. | vauch
18/3/2024 08:14 | Well try their blog. | goulding1215 |
