21/2/2024 09:36 | "There can be no certainty that the Option will be extended or an alternative arrangement agreed, or that the required funding can be secured to complete the potential acquisition of the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests." So there's the caveat again.... gamblers you have been warned , but you will take no notice no doubt. | fenners66
21/2/2024 09:30 | Last October Vauch said their portfolio was worth about 10% of what it was..... | fenners66
21/2/2024 09:24 | Vouch, you are the woman who still sends money to bogus romance scammer , you just never learn until it's all gone | wilson2
21/2/2024 09:17 | you are aware that the early sells where buys as one was mine | vauch
21/2/2024 09:15 | "seeking a further extension to the exercise period" which expired after further extensions nearly 2 months ago. What they are not saying - is that which I said at the very first mention for an "option" over TSHII no one else is interested ! They never needed an option in the first place ! They only got an option to try and force the hand of shareholders to back it or they have lost ca$h. Effectively they can extend this option forever - which means either keep raising funds or write it all off.... Writing it all off and closing the company looks the lower cost....option ! | fenners66
21/2/2024 08:59 | It is mildly humorous that the placing announcement carries the usual caveats, including that the placing can be terminated if:.... "(iii) the name or reputation of Novum is likely to be prejudiced if it continues to act as placing agent". Sorry, Novum, but your reputation can't get much worse after leading your investors down this sorry path with TOM. I guess that goes for all of the advisors (and the Board too), but they'll keep at it whilst the funds keep flowing. Shameful. | 1dutchman
21/2/2024 08:56 | Here's the inverse of a line the rampers like to use.... Second on the Losers list this morning ! | fenners66
21/2/2024 08:54 | Before anyone of the suckers starts on about there being "buys" this morning - the price already fell to below the placing price which means Novum have a paper loss , so if they can stabilise the price and let the suckers do the rest they may get some away without losing.... Did not see anything in this announcement about a put option this time so even more risk for Novum ? | fenners66
21/2/2024 08:51 | In your dreams | wilson2
21/2/2024 08:51 | "Vauch 21 Feb '24 - 07:47 - 31266 of 31268 One guy is building a big holding , is the plan now so near to take us out on the cheep." Grammar police would say that is supposed to be cheap - but perhaps you are correct instead. Anyone "taking out" the worthless TOM would need to be bird brained - so cheep cheep it is then. | fenners66
21/2/2024 08:50 | There is no relation of 'related party' in this RNS so one must assume that Matt Jones sat this one out. By my calculation (if he is still holding) his £150k investment to single-handedly support the company over the last 4 months is now halved in value. Ouch. | 1dutchman

21/2/2024 08:31 | Let me repeat this post from Sunday - "fenners66 18 Feb '24 - 20:18 - 18063 of 18090 Edit Well some have given shareholders a chance to exit a probable 43m dumped I suspect even though the shares are still worth next to nothing - in % terms more losses will follow after the next announcement of no change..." "more losses to follow after the next announcement of no change" Well , the "option" ran out on 31-12-23 and they are still twiddling their thumbs and there is no change for TOM but the LOSS so far this morning is 47% Well done Suckers. | fenners66
21/2/2024 08:10 | Perhaps one or two will now see the cynical exercise that TOM is. We have done our bit keeping an alternative view to the Reichsmart rampfest, but you can only lead a horse to water. | the diddymen
21/2/2024 08:02 | Some have lost 10 or 15 grand over the weekend | wilson2
21/2/2024 07:59 | Wow who would have thought , absolute daylight robbery | wilson2
21/2/2024 07:56 | Some of the ramblings of the village idiots yesterday p.m on the other thread: Talais20 Feb '24 - 15:13 - 31260 of 31268 0 4 0 Sp moving up nicely BungeeTrader20 Feb '24 - 16:03 - 31261 of 31268 0 4 0 Got a good feeling about this. Is this our time........? gjabrj20 Feb '24 - 16:11 - 31262 of 31268 0 0 0 Must be some delayed buys still to show Quod erat demonstrandum | the diddymen
21/2/2024 07:53 | Looking at the volumes Novum will take a substantial hit when it becomes clear that TOM have no effective strategy. That is the last fund raise from Novum and presumably TOM have gone back to Novum because Mr Jones is no longer interested. | the diddymen
21/2/2024 07:50 | Yep your appearance says it all. | vauch
21/2/2024 07:49 | Plenty of AIM mugs still ramping the penny dreadfuls I see. Ghastly. | eezymunny
