What they are not saying - is that which I said at the very first mention for an "option" over TSHII

no one else is interested !

They never needed an option in the first place !
They only got an option to try and force the hand of shareholders to back it or they have lost ca$h.
Effectively they can extend this option forever - which means either keep raising funds or write it all off....


Writing it all off and closing the company looks the lower cost....option !

It is mildly humorous that the placing announcement carries the usual caveats, including that the placing can be terminated if:.... "(iii) the name or reputation of Novum is likely to be prejudiced if it continues to act as placing agent". Sorry, Novum, but your reputation can't get much worse after leading your investors down this sorry path with TOM. I guess that goes for all of the advisors (and the Board too), but they'll keep at it whilst the funds keep flowing. Shameful.

Before anyone of the suckers starts on about there being "buys" this morning - the price already fell to below the placing price which means Novum have a paper loss , so if they can stabilise the price and let the suckers do the rest they may get some away without losing....

Did not see anything in this announcement about a put option this time so even more risk for Novum ?

There is no relation of 'related party' in this RNS so one must assume that Matt Jones sat this one out. By my calculation (if he is still holding) his £150k investment to single-handedly support the company over the last 4 months is now halved in value. Ouch.

Well , the "option" ran out on 31-12-23 and they are still twiddling their thumbs and there is no change for TOM
but the LOSS so far this morning is 47%

Looking at the volumes Novum will take a substantial hit when it becomes clear that TOM have no effective strategy. That is the last fund raise from Novum and presumably TOM have gone back to Novum because Mr Jones is no longer interested.
