That is the daddy of all Ponzi schemes, the US dollar! The debt ceiling likely will be raised, what option does congress have? The ability to print worthless money and convince the world that it has value is the beating heart of the evil empire and all its nefarious objectives. There will be a bit of drama, and likely dragged close to the deadline, but it is on no one's interest to not raise the ceiling. The questions is not will the debt ceiling be raised, but who will buy the bonds to back the new money print. Japan only yesterday was shown to be reducing its exposure to USA treasury bonds, and half the world is in the throes of dedollarising their respective economies. It is a busted flush, we just have not yet seen the hand.

Morning Gents, been a while. What a sorry old state you are in. Vauch is starting to plagiarise me with his forecast of pending doom. But of course he is correct. You are all doomed. You have all been duped and lost a lot of money. It happens and you will get over it, but will you learn? The consolidation is not even a question as to its occurrence, the only question is when. The consequences will be that the company has a new share register and a new story, with and through which the next 3-5 years of equity sales can be managed. Just like the previous consolidation, the sands will cover you all and the milestones of how we got here. But that was always the purpose. Just like in the wider world, it is the narrative and only the narrative that is god. Facts, truth and culpability are mere imposters in the show. Take care now!

Interesting snippet from the PQE release though

"Petroteq believes that its technology can produce a relatively sweet heavy crude oil from deposits of oil sands at Asphalt Ridge without requiring the use of water, and therefore without generating wastewater which would otherwise require the use of other treatment or disposal facilities which could be harmful to the environment."

So that contrasts with using steam (heated water) and presumably ...

Now who do we know that wants to do that... in this day and age ?

I see they have announced the resignation of PQE CEO on their thread , but strangely PQE have not announced it on their website or via the ADVFN news feeds...

But I guess its par for the course in this murky world - no info to shareholders , no filing of PQE accounts , no deal, no proof of commerciality , ..... no hope ?

Well you may know more than the rest of us them.
Glad JP decided to have a wage lift before getting the deal over the line.
He just need to get of the toilet now and prove it was all worth it.
So if deal is done we are so low now that most will most likely get excited with .3
I might groan a lot but when shareholders are treated as we are it is a disgrace.
