03/5/2023 11:45 | TD ....AND recruit a US OIL SPECIALIST to lead TOM from the front, one who understands sands oil, the US policy towards sands oil and CAN help TOM gain US CREDIBITY if it is not too late. For other than find a group of private investors to fund a large placement, TOM is moribund. Groat and his team know this - it is just a case of finding a way out which may be to pass TOM as an asset less vehicle to ?? should anyone want it but may be IOM registration Is attractive to some offshore parties. | lopodop
03/5/2023 11:40 | I see someone has bought 416 shares at 0.24p - about a £1. They may be upset when they realise they have not bought the whole company..... | fenners66
03/5/2023 11:15 | Fenners I had the cost of an AIM listing down at around £500k. TOM would come with potential liabilities therefore you would have to discount the £500k. Warrants may also get in the way. TOM would do better to have a credible business plan! | the diddymen
03/5/2023 09:50 | Following Haggis's contention that a listing and "cash" shell is worth £4m Argos Resources just announced that as a cash shell now listed as £1m market cap , they are going to de-list and distribute shares in another company which they have obtained by selling their production interests. So a company that will actually own something tangible is worth only £1m as a shell and haggis seems to think that this non-cash shell would be worth £4m Fantasist | fenners66

02/5/2023 18:23 | Go on shareholders (gamblers) ask the question How exactly does the "Put option agreement " work....please then tell us all. | fenners66
02/5/2023 18:22 | It's hard to tell from the ADVFN trades data , but given the -8% share price movement , I would guess 40million shares got offloaded today and still none issued to Novum so I guess they can continue to "benefit " from the lower 15dma less 15% | fenners66
02/5/2023 18:11 | Takes us back a couple of years to I think it was Stuart Little saying (like they were in the know ) that there was no need to raise any more funds through equity..... There are only a few ways they get to that statement 1, It was completely made up . Draw your own conclusions why a supposed shareholder would want to persuade others that there was no imminent dilution 2, They did get "tipped off" or even listen to it at an AGM or something. In which case have they questioned the authenticity of everything else they have been led to believe ? There is a companies house document detailing creditor losses of Reform Energy PLC. my guess is everyone who lost money there also thoroughly perceived the risks , but anticipated they were on the right side of it. So we await more "delay" developments | fenners66
02/5/2023 17:18 | Reichsmart on his thread: "I think everyone now holding realises this is either a multibagger or bust play. Funding deal or no deal ?" Reichy 50% right and years late. The correct part is that is a 'bust play' only. This thread have been telling you that for years. You might just like to ponder why they drew down the cash early. It might tell you something about the state of play! | the diddymen
02/5/2023 17:13 | Fenners coming back to the real issue, why did TOM draw down the first tranche so quickly. They did not need the cash (or should not have needed the cash), therefore it was pulled forward. For TOM the only reason that justifies pulling the drawdown forward is that you know that it will be easier to manage the impact of dilution now rather than in say 2 months. It suggests a lack of confidence in the news flow in the coming months. | the diddymen
02/5/2023 16:46 | I think everyone now holding realises this is either a multibagger or bust play. Funding deal or no deal ? | rmart
02/5/2023 16:03 | Haggis now saying TOM is worth £4m as a cash shell ! It has no cash. It has losses - but now ring fenced so no use to another company making money. It has directors - history tells us they could expect £100's K in payoffs. It has no meaningful tangible assets - I'm sure there are coffee mugs , a biscuit tin and a waste bin.... Any profitable business wanting a listing would sell new shares and not be saddled with the existing share capital and holders. Although the list of holders could have some value ..... A bit like those lists we hear are doing the rounds on the internet... Keep dreaming haggis. | fenners66

02/5/2023 15:35 | rmart special served yet again. Does she ever fail? | kemche
02/5/2023 15:27 | At this £4m MCap it is priced as a cash shell, as that is around what it would cost a company to do a reverse takeover of it to get the ready made listing. Downside potential is very limited if you look at it that way, but upside of a deal is staggering potential. . Someone bought 10,000,000 on the drop at 0.26. Maybe one of those three that had a TR-1 on Friday. | haggismchaggis
02/5/2023 14:45 | You could, you do it all the time. But then we all know you are just a two bit hustler in a dirty mac who smells of wee! | thesageofsaint
02/5/2023 14:43 | Alright chaps? Scratch my head in amazement. What on earth happened here? You leave it for a couple of days after being assuredly stated by you lot that Chou Chou times were ahead of us and down we go again. Then you take a look at the little news icon, and blow me over with a covid cough, there is another delay. Moreover, seemingly a delay but without an agreed extension period. In fact this is not a delay it potentially is the deposit lost moment. Narrative shift perhaps coming, as the only thread holding the story together was the ongoing purchase agreement. Perhaps the usual control over the related parties, who are all normally in on the scam is lost. Very peculiar timing to have drawn down on the first tranche but to leave the story so open. Anyway, let's see how low we get this price. A great start to the month! | thesageofsaint
02/5/2023 14:19 | What has JP BEEN UP TO this last month? | lopodop
02/5/2023 14:16 | I hope you know what you are talking about haggismchaggis. | goulding1215
02/5/2023 14:08 | "The Company is currently in discussions with the counterparty to the Agreement with a view to seeking a further extension to the exercise period in respect of such Option or agreeing a suitable alternative arrangement. There can be no certainty that the Option will be extended or an alternative arrangement agreed, or that the required funding can be secured to complete the potential acquisition of the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests. A further announcement will be made in due course. " So Not even an extension - yet and Haggis wants to fantasize that is good news. I would guess it's a red herring - as if TSHII has ever had any other interest in the land - its been up for sale for 7 years or more and no other interest has been brought to our attention. As it says folks - no certainty of Anything happening.... it used to be no certainty of funding.... | fenners66 |
