Forget regulation - nothing will change but it is good to talk about it.
How many chairs does Groat hold? How can he look after investors’ interests? Why does he invest in some but not TOM? It’s obvious WHY - yet the naive ignore this clue.

The company is basically worthless.
The directors have never bought shares in it.
To fantasize that they are doing this to "steal it" is ridiculous they all have other sources of income and can move on whenever this goose is cooked.

The lack of test drilling and the inability to confirm finance when they announced it would be by April last year was the red flag for me, thankfully got out with little damage.
Anyone still holding is stuck or can’t stomach the losses, although a loss of 100% will be even harder to swallow.

TOMco are a good example of what is wrong with the UK regulation of markets, dead lifestyle companies should be terminated and prevented from milking the gullible.

Imo it will be the recent funders driving the share price down for a cheap conversion. I also think this bod are aiding them.

Only 50% down in a month and only 8% spread. I would hate to be out this weekend…

In Tomco lovers we trust… great technic they have, they double their holdings on every drop this means they only 97% down instead of 99.999%
