The 5m at 0.24 was a buy. It wasn't mine but I know who took it.

TOM reduced to off-shoring its news and a major shareholder giving a thumbs up. Mr Jones would have been far more sensible and come to an arrangement with Novum to buy the shares. He could have saved himself 15%.

Mr Jones is going to have to put in a bit more cash yet to buy time for the company and existing shareholders. Part of the extra cash will be going to pay the increased salaries of the directors who, unlike Mr Jones, have never put any material amount of their own money at risk. Lead from the back is the safest way to do it.

Next RNS , the rollover while they wait to get to grips with this 'funder' and then the due diligence.

What a mug. Just because you have a few quid does not make you anymore astute. A wealthy gambler just plays with higher stakes. He has lost almost half of his initial investment and now doing what all gamblers do in times of loss they double down in a vain attempt to dig themselves more quickly out of the hole they are in. There has been a long list of notifiable holders who have disappeared, tail between legs. This guy will be just like the rest. Remember, they all have egos and think they are uber sharp businessmen because they once got lucky in life. Humility is a rare thing, and even rarer in those who have made a few quid and believe they are 'special'. Just another mug to add to the list!

matthew jones increasing his holding. nice.
now holds 7.38% = 165,685,565 shares"

I don't know who MJ is, or what they do or whether they are say as successful or rich as say Mike Ashley - the one who owns Frasers (Sports Direct)
Maybe they are equal....

as the same Mike Ashley that Lost £100m + buying shares in Debenhams.
They could be very smart and accomplished and still "believe" in a basket case.

Anyone who wants to read back the Debenhams thread can read what I thought of them....

Morning AllLooking as though the prediction of sub 0.2p this week is on the cards. Albeit all rather semantic in the whole scheme of things. None of you can sell anywhere near your break even, and it is inexorably going lower on time as it is continually crushed by the deluge of equity. That said, I would miss you all with my morning tea and toast, so please don't sell and keep the faith.
