So I guess by not saying they had delivered notice, not having any finance and not having an extension, they assume that the shareholders ...

The concept of TOM being funded for CORT was never a runner and the BoD know that. TOM will not be 'taking off'.

As for sniff of news, the great thing about TOM is that they have enough cash capacity to last a year and pay for the DD on a fictional concept. TOM will not be generating the news because they have no cash to do it. The 'news' if/when it comes is about a reserve of hydrocarbons that all the majors have avoided over the last eighty years or so. Even the first drilling application had to be withdrawn and changed, presumably because the first application was wrong.

Only another 550m shares on the way to keep the biscuit tin full!
