Quite right Goulding. Its just an update on the land option. Would have been nice to have had additional input on 'the deal' but I expect the nomad put a stop to that

Come on DAMAC - did you deliberately mislead your co investees or was it poor judgement on your part. When did you exit?
How about LITTLE - what’s your excuse and when did you exit?

Well, that is your opinion Vauch. There has to be an ending, and, surely, it can’t be far away?

You see, we have one of the disciples starting to question the narrative. Go on Vauch, stop staring at the red pill and glass of water, and take it!

Now Groat is chairman of Harland & Wolf and senior independent director of various other concerns. Watch what happens there - can lightening strike again?
Goulding how many times do you have to be told TOM is finished. Groat should stop the so-called audit and call in a receiver / manager who will be hopefully independent and give this a thorough going over.

There you go, just as previously stated, when all else fails to make sense or your dissonance is starting to fade, strike out at those bringing you the truth. Anyway, your money you have squandered, reconcile as you need to, but your sentence has been passed, just waiting now for the executioner's knock on the cell door.

Im not so sure Golding, We are constantly being kicked down the road with a ever descending share price and what seems to be a company that gives no care to investors.

I think your last paragraph is correct Rmart. I think whatever it is, it is still going to go through.. complete over-reaction from the 2 brain-dead posters who have no other jobs. Just an up-date as far as I can see. Wtfdik

So I came to have a look at TOM about 2-3 years ago.
Read around and asked some questions.
Because I asked pertinent "awkward" questions rmart filtered me.

Stuart told me I had it wrong , was being too negative , so I continued to analyse the RNS's both here and the connected companies reports....

Move on that time and the share capital has been massively diluted , the company has lost about £10m more and the share price has reached an all time low

So tell me , how exactly did I get this wrong ?

MMs doing a good job controlling this one. Most of the sells below the bid. The odd idiot buying into this one (dead cat et al) will disappear shortly and then it is a freefall down. I think that ACE will be about right at 0.002.

The least TOM could have done was to hold over until 3 Jan.

fully expected an extention, but the wording of the rns is pathetic.

basic funding warning. no mention of the extention being to allow the previously mentioned funding to be concluded.

tells me its fallen through.

If not then it is pure incompetent wording.

Looks like the last fund raise was to make sure that Valkor was covered. Directors' emoluments and principal and interest will leave the cupboard bare.

You just get the feeling that a vast source of hydrogen might be in the next announcement.

From fenners on the other board. Needs to be posted here so you can see the facts of the racket.Remember , it is 28% pa on the Valkor LoanWe know principal outstanding is $1mBut we don't know if they are compounding interest on the fees and previously accrued interestThe ambiguous announcement was"plus interest and fees amounting to 15% of the principal amount of the loan, payable on the maturity date. In any event, a minimum of US$1.5 million must be repaid on or before 30 May 2022. To the extent that any part of the principal amount has not been paid by the scheduled maturity date (which may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties) then interest of 2% per month shall be applied to such unpaid amount from time to time until it has been repaid in full."So we do know it's at least$1m principal o/s$ 225k in fees to 30-5-22$ interest on principal of 2% per month of $20k x 7 months = $140kSubtotal = $1365 kGetting close to back to the $1.5m huh?But compound interest would also add...$50 kAnd hey ho you are back to$1415 kand accruing $28k a month+So by March , practically back to the $1.5m they started with .....Getting the picture yet ??

Remember , it is 28% pa on the Valkor Loan
We know principal outstanding is $1m
But we don't know if they are compounding interest on the fees and previously accrued interest

The ambiguous announcement was

"plus interest and fees amounting to 15% of the principal amount of the loan, payable on the maturity date. In any event, a minimum of US$1.5 million must be repaid on or before 30 May 2022. To the extent that any part of the principal amount has not been paid by the scheduled maturity date (which may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties) then interest of 2% per month shall be applied to such unpaid amount from time to time until it has been repaid in full."

So we do know it's at least
$1m principal o/s
$ 225k in fees to 30-5-22
$ interest on principal of 2% per month of $20k x 7 months = $140k

Subtotal = $1365 k
Getting close to back to the $1.5m huh?

But compound interest would also add...
$50 k

And hey ho you are back to

$1415 k

and accruing $28k a month+
So by March , practically back to the $1.5m they started with .....

Getting the picture yet ??
