I was wrong in two respects. Firstly I thought that TOM were so cynical they would probably report on 3 Jan not 30 Dec.

Secondly I thought the extension would be to 31 March, not 28 Feb.

This thread were boringly correct in all material respects yet again.

The only question now is whether the board allow the company to fold or whether they generate a face saving commercial deal which preserves their cvs (but might need a bit more cash)

UNLESS your good news intervention is based on sound evidence which would please so many here, you should immediately withdraw your opinion so as to let individuals make up their own minds on what is likely to happen - good or bad! Most of the contributors here appear to have little faith in ANY of the directors as you will doubtless know!

Who would have thought at the beginning of 2022 that we would still be awaiting financing news at the beginning of 2023, with an SP, now half the price it was a year ago. Wouldn't hindsight be a great attribute to hold.

Fenners I agree. The consistent lack of attention to detail and poor reporting indirectly expresses the board's view of shareholders.

From the perspectives of the non-execs they need to see the story continue for long enough such that it does not contaminate their personal 'marketability'. That will be in the architecture somewhere.

The conclusion TD - is its all Micky Mouse , seat of the pants , they don't check what they previously reported or if they do , they cannot be bothered to expressly correct/ amend it.....

and despite that , some believe they are going to be trusted with $200m + in funding for a CORT plant (cough!).

I would bet most of the gamblers buying shares in this narrative co. have not bothered reading the narrative...

Read their lips (to paraphrase)

PRIOR to Dec 22 otherwise the option LAPSES.....

Well that time limit has expired (as we said right at the very start , remember that ? ! )
so according to the last published full accounts the option lapses....


Now that actually is probably a good thing as it was very expensive anyway ... but do the gamblers see it that way?

Fenners - not that it is relevant to the outcome - but the 90% option has to be exercised by 31 December 2022.

Alternatively , if you are lucky , the TSHII option to buy 90% massively overpriced (240x , the acreage next door) will have lapsed at the end of November , as recorded in the previous final accounts...
and TOM don't get the opportunity to burn more funds trying to fund the un-fundable.....

However we all know since there was never any other buyer for the land , the "option " was never necessary in the first place , the 10% was just to hook shareholders in , so why would TSHII turn their backs now ?

$250k and a 3 month extension or something like...
and for the record we suggested that months ago....

Well I can see no reason that any news could not have already been released, I can see we will be let down yet again, if we are lucky ts2 may get an extension but at what increased price will it be, a % of greenfield maybe.

TOM fall into a conventional category, whereby the one employee will leave reporting of bad news to the last minute.
