Just over 2 months extension to the 3-3-23
Maybe they reduced it from 3 months as we had already flagged a 3 month extension and it was too obvious.
It also gives the deluded the yarn to spin that since its not been extended by more something "must " be happening.

They don't realise that, almost every announcement is for appearances only.

TOM and TSHII agreed the deadline for payment of the 10% timescale and the end date for the 90% over a year ago - NEITHER have been paid for.

When it was originally announced we said - no way they raise the funds for it...
"Term sheet weeks away , loan by Easter " - we said was rubbish.
Now they gamblers are hoping for something by the Next Easter....

This sham is a metaphor playing out the consequences of the fundamental frailty of the human character: trust. It is this weakness that allows and enables the corrupt sociopaths that rule you all. Half a chance and they will. Not certain that the half chance exists unless it is down around the 0.0015 level.

On the trades it looks as if there are a few donkeys buying around the bid price - buying around the bid is never a good sign.

I don't think we will need additional funds in the next month vaunch. What we will need is a general meeting RNS shortly to bring this all together by 28th Feb

Can they squeeze in one more funding raise and how much?

If that’s the case, once it’s been confirmed you can work out how long it will be before TOMCO go bust.

No funding raise and the money at the current burn rate which pays for what exactly ? Loan repayment, wages, expenses? Will run out by April?


One thing to add, the board may be nervous about another funding raise as it will leave them open to the accusation of fraudulent misrepresentation and breaching their fiduciary duties.

Maybe TOMCO won’t make it until Easter
