The deluded and censored thread are off again with million pound multiples.

The dream will be over shortly. The reality RNS will be on the 3rd January so as not to spoil their New Year holiday. As ever the RNS will be mutton dressed as lamb.

Yes, I get that. I'm not sure they are going to end up having a percentage of Greenfield though

mike .. I think that is why the warrant dates were extended. Again I think damac
said it would raise £3.5 million. I could be wrong though as I do drink a lot.

Saying 'Alexa tell me what is £20 million divided by 2.63 billion times by 1 million', makes me touch myself inappropriately!

Hi thr .. I think if our share price goes over 1.2p in the next few months then
the warrants will be taken up. I don't think Valkor will get any TOMco shares as
they are getting a % of Greenfield. They can't have both Greenfield and a share of TOMco.

Yes, I also think 5-20% is realistic given the amount of equity investment that's required.

1 to 2 million is not enough, even with the warrant money. We know that timelines are always optimistic, we dont want any further dilution.

Having thought about it I'd like to see us all getting a yearly divi if / when we
start making some money.

So total annual revenue when both plants built and 12 + drills, say $250m and if we retain 10% of Greenfield that's $25m annual revenue for TOM. I think Valkor will still have their Tomco shares for exchange for their 50% of Greenfield, so I expect Tomco will have over 3 billion shares in issue once the dust settles

£1 mill - 2 mill in cash. Just from memory.

Hi rmart .. JP has put all this together I can't see him doing anything other
than working on the Greenfield projects he has set up.

The most important unanswered questions are; What's the estimated annual revenue from two plants and over a dozen drills? How much are we going to retain of Greenfield for a free carry? What's the equity investment from the funder(s) to build the plants, drill the drills and purchase the remainder of the site?

jP has put the project together, let greenfield run it and let JP use the income to put something else together if that is his strength

I presume John Potter will still work for Greenfield so would have little time to do anything additional for TOMco. Have we been told?

Ducky,

2,633,393,857 shares in play if all warrants taken up.

My bottom end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £250m market cap would equate to 9.5p per share.

My top end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £300m market cap would equate to 11.4p per share.
