I did not read all of Terry's calculations (skim read).

But did not see anywhere divide everything by 10

They only have some rights to 10% of TSHII

What happens IF/when they default on buying the 90% ?

Some questions for the AGM.

1. Has there been any development on the Oil Refinery Deal?
2. Have Vivakor made any progress on the new plant.
3. When can we expect the new reserves report?
4. Do tomco have a viable business even with the current lease and deals negotiated with vivakor?
5. If full finance is not available, what are the prospects of financing just the 7 wells and starting production?
6. What is the cost of the 7 wells?

My thoughts are the finance (for the remaining 90% of tar sands) will come, but even without this the 700 bopd from the 7 wells would take the share price here to at least 1p. The full finance for the land will be much more than that.

However we are nearing the time where the BOD have to give the answers on the time taken to secure the finance. Fingers crossed the agm will give some answers and we will be back towards 1p.

Funny how Stuart engaged in discussion about TOM's prospects with me going back say 18m, given they seemingly hold themselves out as if they have a closer link to TOM.
I had to read a lot and catch up with what had happened and what was likely to happen with TOM.

Asked a lot of questions , never received any satisfactory answers , and questioned things like self -inflicted deadlines that the Company would not meet.

Taking track record of TOM and its CEO and potential partners into account , I came down on the negative view of its prospects.

At which point (a long time ago ) the reasoned engagement stopped.

Now 18m on TOM's share price (reflecting the markets current view of its prospects) is about an all time low , and the information flow has dried up.

Looks like someone just bought 2 x 1.5 Mill that pushed the offer price up to 0.41p.

Why should there be any funding this month?
The Original deal for funding from Valkor provided for this eventuality (expectation) of no funding , which is why Valkor is charging 28%
About $35000 a month

It does not have to be repaid , they just have to find the very high interest....

Death by a thousand cuts.

I suppose if there is no funding confirmation rns this week we will get some sort of rns saying Valkor are happy to extend their loan repayment another month. That should
be this Friday as it is July 1st.

Ask the Chairman if Vivakor is a sound business partner.

Hi Vauch .. What I think is that TOMco started off looking for the $145 Mill funding
for the oil and sand separation plant .. then added the CO2 project. Then I think
they decided to go for a smaller amount for the land purchase and 5 x CO2 wells and that's where we are now. With the $145 Mill as a totally separate finance package.

I think the funding will happen when it happens. If it happens of course, but I think it will.

I will ask at AGM weather they actually received a terms note all those months back.

Yes, patience is a preferable attribute to have if you invest on AIM, though sadly many don’t have it.

I would love them to announce the finance before the AGM but I’m balanced enough to understand that certain things take time and can’t be rushed, more often than not for circumstances out with the control of the Tomco board of Directors. Just think back as to how frustrating it was to get the initial 10% purchase in Tar Sands Holdings LLC over the line, with new monthly deadlines being renegotiated etc.

The wait will be worth it I’m sure.

TSII won’t ever happen as no one is nuts enough to back the unproven tar sands technology. That ship has sailed and is now moored alongside RFT. However, don't despair re: the death of tar sands and CORT. The tar sands loan obviously played into Valkor's hands. With a financing vehicle in Tom, I predict we will see Valkor's seemingly dormant HSO spring into action, with Valkor announcing plans for a large drilling program using their vague ‘in situ’ technology on the many licenses it has acquired with the backing of their ‘Canadian billionaire brothers’. The only bit I haven’t worked out is how Valkor and ‘the brothers’ make a pump and dump fortune out of this. But a good first step would be securing a financing vehicle in TomCo and its gullible shareholders. Again, only a guess, but that's about all we can do when left to wander in the RNS desert. Still, it would mean there are yet more roller coaster rides to come in the TomCo theme park, so the traders should be happy.

News this week,Loan Agreement On 16 November 2021, the Company announced that the acquisition of the initial 10% of the Membership Interests in TSHII had been financed by way of an unsecured US$1.5 million loan from Valkor Oil & Gas LLC ("Valkor") to Greenfield (the "Loan"). The Loan was scheduled to be repaid on or before 30 May 2022, however the terms of the loan have now been varied in order to extend the repayment date to on or before 30 June 2022.

Yeah think the conversation @8min is contradicted by the conversation @11mins where they talk about ramping up production from memory.

Vivakor’s focus is most definitely on the RPC units and establishing rapid production to improve their bottom line.

Either way an excellent and proactive partner to be involved with

yes seen it. It states production in Q3, do not in production just yet. I expect a good rns from TOM once they confirm production has started.

So in rns terms.

1. Finance for the 90% of the land.
2. Finance for the drills.
3. Drills commencing.
4. Vivakor in production.

Some of this hopefully before the AGM in 2 weeks.
