Hi vauch .. buying TOMco shares before funding is secured is clearly more of a gamble as it might not happen. I expect that it will.

I have read the last rns a number of times and think it positive. I am happy to wait till we get confirmation either way.

As to PQE I cannot make any sense at all out of what is happening. I assume it is the licensing that the suitor would want as PQE don't seem to have much else.

The Vivakor process should be up and running soon and are ahead of where PQE are at present.

So PQE are attempting to place 3% or so of the company to a shareholder "Mr. Anthony Cantone" using and paying up to 2m shares as a fee, to "Cantone Research, Inc. (the "Placement Agent")" that has the same fella as
"the controlling shareholder of the Placement Agent and the controlling shareholder of the ‎manager of the Investor."

Not afraid of lets say "alternative" solutions are they ?

All this whilst they are supposed to be in the death throws of a offer for the company at more than twice the current share value....

Either that is an open invitation for Cantone who owns >10% of the company already to double his money , how cosy; or an admittance that since the company has no money left and needs funds for "working capital and general corporate purposes" it is going to have to get on and raise some cash very soon as waiting for the take over is not an option , why ? Because it could take forever ? Or because it is never going to happen ?

Petroteq doing a placing at .27c and with warrants at .27 for 2 yrs ? how can they justify that to viston who are paying 3x that!

That could be the nail in the coffin for what already seems like a very suspect deal.

The PQE share price taking a bit of a rogering .. investors not believing the 0.74p
bid offer price.

I wonder what I would do if I was a shareholder? Glad I don't have to make a decision.

Cant argue with that as it will start having fantastic new from December or was it February, nope it was April that was stretched to June and now on to 3rd Quarter so a minimum of another 3 months.
They could end up hitting their target of December

Just a reminder Goulding, Tomco don't produce oil so it doesn't matter if oil was $200 a barrel does it

Can’t disagree with anything in AJJ and Damac’s posts there. Plenty to look forward too, with current WTI price and strong dollar.

Oil Prices Rally Despite Strong Dollar

By Alex Kimani - May 29, 2022, 6:00 PM CDT
While the stock market and bond markets have crashed over the last two months, the dollar has gone from strength to strength thanks to its status as a global safe haven.
The U.S. dollar and oil prices are frequently inversely related due to the fact that oil is priced in dollars which makes it relatively more expensive to buy with other currencies.
Oil prices and the dollar have been rising since late March, hitting the highest positive correlation since May 2019.

DAMAC and others,
Why can you not conclude that TOM is not a commercial business proposition- forget going concern / non going concern but simply a string of muddled transactions organised by one man. Anyone with a little commonsense let alone acumen would ask what the hell is going on here. A number here have tried to point out what a nonsense TOM is - for heavens sake think!
