All positive and moving forwards as per the last RNS just NINE days ago.

Commenting, John Potter, CEO of TomCo, said : "We continue to make good progress with our plans for the TSHII site and are pleased with the positive results we have already seen from the three exploration wells. We are also advancing the previously announced due diligence exercise being undertaken by a potential financing party currently interested in backing our plans for Greenfield, together with other matters in relation to the TSHII site.

"The Company's Board has recently undertaken a site visit to Utah and met with the Valkor team and our sand off-take partner. Whilst in Salt Lake City the Board also met with the Company's local professional advisers and were able to view some of the cores recovered from the exploration wells, which are being stored at the Utah Geological Society's core store. We look forward to providing further updates in due course."

Why do the dreamers even attempt to argue that us realists were being negative ?
They believe anything that is thrown at them , Term Sheet by Easter , financing of $200m etc....
Here we are in June , we questioned all along and pointed out the failure to ever make a self imposed deadline
and we were correct again.

The dust has settled a bit since 24/01/22, the date of the last placing. Issued at 0.5p the majority sold onto PIs at 0.65p, Monecor profit c£375k.

Current share price 0.44. Most of the new shareholders will be dealing with losses of c 33% or £0.5m loss, albeit paper at the moment.

Plenty more to come unless the BoD get a grip.

It's a strange situation for sure. I still cannot square off why a company like Viston would table a mega million bid without having turned up on site to verify that PSOP does as claimed as part of any due diligence process. Viston tabled the bid whilst Tomco/Greenfield/Valkor were managing the site and upgrading/operating the POSP. Viston never, nor anyone acting on their behalf, came onto site.
