I wonder if our mates Fenners and the other poster will be at the AGM to ask all these questions they have?

How much oil will these 7 wells produce and how long will they produce for?
What quality of oil is it?
Will QFI [Quadrise] be involved?

What has JP achieved? Spent a lot of shareholders money, incurred costs and entered financial propositions for which there are no apparent funding sources. All time low share value.

Don't forget these 7 CO2 wells are a new addition. Plans have needed to be changed.

Originally we were going for the oil sands separation plant in late 2023. We have made a lot of progress.

Hi V .. We will get news before the AGM so that might change your mood either way.

I think John had achieved one hell of a lot getting us to where we are today.

Clearly just the funding to get sorted. Simples.

If / when JP exits the financial cost could be up to £300k and there is no successor. JP has looked after himself and continues to do so. At the AGM he will very sympathetic Vauch and you will be left wondering why you went. Most investors with savvy could write his speech in advance - ie continue to make good progress - will keep you informed. Frankly TOM's AGM is likely to be a complete waste of your time and your blood pressure levels will be protected if you stay away.

As for other opportunities yes these abound for JP with his experience but he must ensure his payoff is not prejudiced.

Vauch, you could get rid of the MD, but there is only one employee. I would also suggest that if JP were sensible he would have been getting on with the various companies in Utah and if TOM get rid of JP. There is evidence that he gets on with them and he would have a home to go to. It might not be in the interests of TOM.

Well you have said be patient, so I will have open mind but will not put up with being flannelled.
PXEN Director thought he could play shareholders while the share price kept falling, well the shareholders decided it was enough with an share price of 1.5p
We called for a EGM and the day before the meeting the MD resigned, He new it was time up. after this the share price moved back up to 4p
I will just remind the board that the shareholders are not to be ignored as it could cost them their jobs.
It is a honour to have such a position in a company not a right.
