It all seems to be converging nicely in Utah. When will HSO make a formal appearance?https://ir.petroteq.com/news-presentations/press-releases/detail/431/petroteq-reaffrims-its-commitment-to-the-viston-tender

Looks like Vivakor are up and running to me ;)

3% revenue on the oil, 50% on the sand and Vivakor paying Tomco to provide the oil shale will see the coffers build quickly, especially with three more RPC units intended to be up and running this year!

Drilling permits for the in-situ wells due anytime which will see the second of the four projects become established. Not forgetting the three 10k a month agreements all go towards de-risking future project developments.

Onwards and upwards ;)

A couple of other shareholders created this post and I've just tarted it up! :)

Work has been progressing at a pace on the land Vivakor is renting from Tomco in Utah.  They have now established their first RPC unit and production is being ramped up with the aim to have four RPC units fully operational this year – all on Tomco’s land at TSH2.

This is what the first RPC unit currently looks likes.

More info and high quality images and drone video can be found here: hxxps://vivakor.com/video-images/

This is a major mile stone.  FISHYNECK was kind enough to have a go at estimating what this may be worth to Tomco in his post 266525. It now seems his thoughts that Tomco could generate between $4.2m and $10m, depending on silica yields, is one step nearer to happening.  Vivakor certainly seem to be competent and able to move projects forward.

There is a recent in-depth interview with CEO Matt Nicosia discussing all things Vivakor at:

hxxps://microcaps.com/srax-spotlight/sequire-spotlight-presents-vivakor-vivk-removing-and-reusing-natural-resources-from-waste/

It is well worth listening to, especially at 8:20, 8:36 and 11:00 minutes where the CEO talks about TSH2 and how far they have moved forward:

"...we are getting Utah into production this quarter"

In a couple of months we should be given a revised reserves figure from the three exploration wells and get news on the planned production well programme, which has been increased to seven possible well sites. With on-going high oil prices and the ability to clean the tar sands it feels like we have a win-win situation here. The income from Vivakor should shortly transform Tomco helping it to slowly change into a profitable company.

Another morning, week and month of silence. No great surprise because no one man band will raise $200m of materially unsecured finance to deliver a project of technical uncertainty.

JP will need fresh ideas for the AGM to keep the troops happy. Troops is probably an apt word because they are effectively locked in like the Russian conscripts heading to Ukraine.

You could be forgiven for thinking it's contrived.

PQE and Vistor seem to be in a right mess with this offer."

The sceptical on here said that all along.
Question is are there any on the other board that this is a surprise for given
we have had reservations since the start.
Well how long has it been ?

PQE appears ‘finished̵7; - unlikely to be any value so that is that. Viston has just muddled the situation with its ridiculous offer and extensions - total farce.

So some PQE shareholders don't trust the management of PQE instead feel they are missing out on a fantastic (fantasy?) offer .....

Waking up and smelling coffee?

But of course every other company that deals with the PQE management has absolute faith.....

So the TSX , shareholders and since their statement of new conditions Viston are all doubting PQE.

Will TOM join that happy band ?

Once again the Swiss entity has manipulated the PQE market operation - was there ever intention on their part to acquire PQE? Forget VISTON and the cat and mouse game. It's over and so probably is PQE. Poor Vauch - if it is TOO GOOD to be true then it probably is. Now how does this affect TOM except badly? Can it get worse? What happens to the pieces when VISTON walks away eh? When did JP hear of the Petroteq problems?

"unless the Offer is extended, accelerated or withdrawn by the Offeror"

Well since the share price is massively below the offer , it would not take a genius to work out that withdrawing the offer and paying a lot less makes more commercial sense.

But was there ever any commercial sense in the offer ?

What it has done is change potential market conditions around the sp
PQE have subsequently issued more shares for cash

"Notwithstanding Petroteq’s confirmation of its intention to consult with Viston on the business of the Petroteq Shareholder Meeting, Petroteq has not done so and has instead filed materials on SEDAR on June 15, 2022. Further, Petroteq did not disclose anything to Viston regarding the SEC Order in the course of its discussions with Viston referenced in their press releases dated June 10, 2022."

Seems to me that Viston is turning over Chance and Community Chest cards

Soon enough it will find a "Get out of Jail Free" card....

TD - thanks

The Gold Room - seats up to 50 costs £230 /hour

There they go again , money no object , just do another fund raise...
They could have saved £170 an hour ....

The Blue Room just £60/hr

Seats 6

Fennners - a bit of irony in the location!

the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held at 2 p.m. (BST) on 7 July 2022, at the Gold Room, 1 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND .

Quite so but that would bring the business to a full stop.
Doing it JP WAY he receives ongoing income for at least another 6 months and a very attractive payoff subject to cash resources. A very sound result do you not agree.

Lopo, JP could have come to this BB and we could have told him for free that he will not finance the $200m+ TOM needs.

The only comfort blanket is the driling but it is not clear what the prodction and processing risks are. Not a nice position to be in when you are effectively penniless and the company has a history of failure.
