16/2/2022 14:29 | Thanks Damac, I was airing on the side of caution as all Tom do takes longer than expected. | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 14:10 | 3 exploration wells being drilled, each taking about 2 days to drill. Permit applications then submitted for an initial 5 production wells. It will take about 1 week from drilling to operational on the production wells. 2 of the 3 exploration wells will be further drilled to become 2 of the initial 5 production wells. Once the production wells become operational, it takes about 7-10 days for the oil to begin to flow. All 5 production wells to be operational by June/July. | ![]() damac
16/2/2022 14:08 | I believe all 3 will be drilled within a week. They are relatively straight forward to basically obtain the down hole data. 2 will then be used as production wells as we progress. | ![]() stuart little
16/2/2022 14:05 | I think the drilling is first week in March. | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 14:01 | 3 wells each about a week and the findings of each well will be sassed within the week windows, so id say 4 to five weeks and we will know what is down hole over the 3 drill area | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 13:57 | How many exploration wells Tomco is drilling? HOw long does it take to drill? I am thinking of buying some for a speculative punt. | ![]() johncraven2
16/2/2022 13:38 | 0.6431p sell and 0.655p buy for 1 Mill 0.64p and 0.65p | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 13:12 | We are about to take off big-time guys. | ![]() sugar747
16/2/2022 13:12 | Boom time soon, 2-3 weeks. TSHII Drilling Update The Company is pleased to report that the permits required from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining to drill three exploration wells on the TSHII site have now been received by Greenfield's wholly owned subsidiary, AC Oil LLC. The drilling of these exploration wells is now scheduled to start in early March 2022. | ![]() sugar747
16/2/2022 12:49 | Do we have any figures for the running costs of the lower oil extraction. Each well is suppose to deliver is it 100 bopd and they plan is it 25 wells. | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 12:47 | Also, you don't know what the oil price might be in 2+ years. Maybe higher or a lot lower. The quicker they can sell oil at the current high price the better. | ![]() pooler1
16/2/2022 12:43 | Don't panic Ducky you will be rich. | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 12:32 | You can't build a business guessing what the share price might do. They are attempting to build something bigger here. That takes time and money. | ![]() stuart little
16/2/2022 12:27 | Also if the plant has to have a 55 day shutdown for full maintenance then the deeper play will still be bringing in the cash. | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 12:24 | This is TOM and it douse not play out like you would think. Is it better to have many avenues of income or just one? | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 12:17 | But for the placing we'd still be waiting for the term sheet .. Our Sp would be between 0.7p and 0.8p .. term sheet arrives share price goes to 1.5p plus and investors take up the warrants at 0.8p and 0.9p and TOMco have 5 Mill in the bank. Simples. | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 12:06 | And have extra income from the drill holes, so I would opt for production this year with the drills than have t await another 2 years for the 5000 a day production. Cash coming in while the plant id being constructed is the way forward. | ![]() vauch
16/2/2022 12:05 | Ok but what happens in the 18months whilst building the plant? I'm simply saying that by investing in these aim companies you have to accept dilution until they reach a revenue stream. Tomco is now closing in on a few. If they succeed with the deeper play then 100b a day x (up to 25 wells) will be transformational in itself. Dilution will soon he forgotten/forgiven. | ![]() stuart little
16/2/2022 11:59 | Hi Stewy .. No we'd have just arranged the funding for the 5k a day sand producing plant. | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:57 | Ducky, correct, If we did nothing then we'd need less dilution. Bit pointless though eh? | ![]() stuart little
16/2/2022 11:44 | 0.635p to buy. | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:44 | If we weren't drilling these exploration wells we would not have needed the placing. I wonder [in hindsight] whether these additional wells were a good idea for our share price. | ![]() ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:33 | As it is separate it make the co a more exciting play. And with the plant having so many takeoff angles it is a master stroke by Tom to be in this position. | ![]() vauch |
