11/2/2022 11:05 | "Vauch 11 Feb '22 - 10:25 - 14492 of 14492 Well Fenners it seems you are able to get info from the directors" Yes you are correct. I did. "Valkor has also agreed to enter into a relationship and standstill agreement with the Company and the Company's Nominated Adviser, to, inter alia, regulate the ongoing relationship between itself and the Company on arm's length terms and a normal commercial basis" TomCo Energy PLC Acquisition of Valkor's 50% interest in Greenfield 26/08/2021 7:00am UK Regulatory (RNS & others) So did everyone else who can read the RNS's The B/S is all yours. | fenners66
11/2/2022 11:01 | I think it was around $7 a barrel to transport to a refinery that PQE had paid. | vauch
11/2/2022 10:59 | Yep it is presumption. As the refinery has not been commissioned yet. But on the presumption that it is built then would it not make seance to have oil processed on our doorstep. I am only highlighting a possibility, the same as the rail track that has been granted the go-ahead but not built yet. | vauch
11/2/2022 10:53 | Vauch11 Feb '22 - 09:00 - 25649 of 25664 Also Ducky when we are producing we wont have to truck our oil for refining as it is on our doorstep, cutting the loos of revenue in transporting it. The above is just presumption for now though mate, nothing was mentioned or hinted about that in the RNS. It also depends on how the renter has refurbished the refinery to meet their needs i.e. what will their output oil type be? Oil produced from the TS2 lease (either by the in-situ wells or the CORT plant) may not be suitable to be processed through the renters leased refinery with regards to what type of oil/fuel output they have set it up for. There is also the possible issue of capacity. It says in the RNS that the renter wants to develop a 10,000 bopd refinery, therefore 10,000 bopd is most likely their daily requirements, leaving no capacity for any other oil to be refined by other parties such as Greenfield. | damac

11/2/2022 09:23 | Stewy .. I think it's much more likely than not that TOMco will get the $145 Mill funding. But I realise that there is a chance that they will not. That's a balanced viewpoint and I am prepared to take the risk of failure as the rewards of success are so high. Getting the placing funding has de-risked my gamble in the short term over the next year. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 09:22 | at least the diddymen is showing some decency (so far). He is very quiet. Maybe he sees what we see with this fantastic opportunity. | rmart
11/2/2022 09:19 | Yeh that's why I hit the filter (very rarely use it as I like to be open to both sides). If we got a 10p offer off BP tomorrow fenners would find fault with it...it got very boring. I'm sure the craic is the same today...what if's and can you trust JP and look at his history and blah blah blah....not prepared to associate any chance of success. | stuart little
11/2/2022 09:16 | You can sell 1 Mill for 0.6801p online. Been a good start. It feels like some people know something. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 09:15 | lopodop, fenners66, thediddymen, ace ventura, wilson2 Anyone dropping in here please take note, the above posters have been trashing tomco for years. They will NEVER accept tomco is moving forward. Totally biased and a crazy daily deramping gang. | rmart
11/2/2022 09:14 | Stewy .. I wouldn't mind if their posts were more balanced. Do they not realize that they could have bought TOMco 2-3 weeks ago at 0.45p and sold it today at 0.67p and made around 50% profit. They are watching as much as we are, surely if they knew what they were talking about they'd have bought. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 09:13 | SL Your comments re refinery may be 100% WRONG. As you say information is thin and why do you think this is. Perhaps JP believes you will buy into it. Be very vary - JP is under pressure to deliver. | lopodop
11/2/2022 09:09 | Looks like they are having to put some graft in on the "nothing better to do thread". Both filtered now unfortunately.,. | stuart little
11/2/2022 09:06 | DF SL is making assumptions - he doesn't know - a lot of whys arise and if it seems too good etc etc. It may be a decoy whilst so many issues are open. | lopodop
11/2/2022 09:06 | The RNS says "scheduled to be demolished" so we know they had no plan to use it , that they had discounted it as rubbish. Now an unnamed party , white knight if you like , rolls up with a "plan" to use it, but 2 years to commit to it or lose the lease. It can be the perfect fudge. The potential opportunity to gain $3 a barrel lends the idea that after all the land may be useful , whilst at the same time the only actual commitment we are aware of is $10k a month. The finance cost on the initial deposit would be $51k a month from May let alone the balance of $16m. The alternative financing that had been talked about was a 3rd party - Valkor ?- financing both the balance of the land (at 28%) and the drilling. Now we are told "drilling of the exploration wells in March, utilising some of the proceeds from our recently completed placing" So the goalposts have moved substantially. I have asked why Valkor would be charitable and do everything for TOM when they have their own land to drill. La La's said they are mates there is a partnership. There are not. There is an arms length commercial relationship - they are not a charity and TOM is now going to fund its own exploration drills. But goalposts are always moving with TOM. | fenners66
