yep, 10 yr lease for the refinery, drilling starting at our expense next month all for the benefit of another party to the tune of 90% eh, yeah right!.

Absolute baffons on the dark side. Clearly they can see this but simply cannoy bring themselves to admit it.

They know the benefit to Valkor/SB who will own 29% of tomco when the finance is done. They simply go on and on about our one man band operation. It is so pathetic it is beyond words.

Fenners will be proven wrong and will either be gracious and admit it or more likely stop posting.

As for The Diddymen, I wonder if he is keeping quiet because he realises this is a great deal for tomco? At least (so far) he hasnt turned up calling it a load of rubbish.

So what does that tell you?

Why would Greenfield (and the other party) enter into a 10 year lease (with a 2 year break) when Greenfield haven't yet secured the finance to acquire the remaining 90% of TSHII?

Why would the other party go ahead and plough 'x' amount of money into refurbishing the refinery from 1st March if there is still any doubt that Greenfield will not secure the finance required to progress their plans on TS2?

Think outside the box my feathered friend ;o)

getting the big funding is the priority, without it nothing happens and Tom is finished.
Now say the anticipated source fails, there could be alternative paths to follow to get the show on the road and this is where flair and brainstorming is required. This BOD thinks too narrowly and needs to look outside the box. One must hope they have an alternative to run if next week fails to deliver. Shared out raising the funding in US or here should not be a major task - let's see.
