Our Dojo Tom is marching and I have added my 1m shs today. Sensei Rmart is guiding us to battle.

If Damac does not like something, she just has to live with it.

Fear does not exist in our Dojo Tom. 0.70p close today will be happy Friday and next week quarter-final to 1p.

Also Ducky when we are producing we wont have to truck our oil for refining as it is on our doorstep, cutting the loos of revenue in transporting it.

And the refinery is already there. We don't know in what state of repair but I'm sure the potential tenants have surveyed it....

Anyone dropping in here please take note, the above posters have been trashing tomco for years. They will NEVER accept tomco is moving forward. Totally biased and a crazy daily deramping gang.

Not that I'm aware. But the facts are thin. We don't have any financial commitment to it in my opinion. It's all down to the renter. They have 2 years to get it to work costing them $10k a month or walk away. If it works then $3 royalty to TSH2. Yes a lot of money. Would john do that deal without being uber confident of banking the 90% of TSH2? For which he needs funding closure....

The most recent interview (in header) JP states that they are working with 2 potential funders for the project and he is expecting to receive a "BINDING" term sheet within the next couple of weeks.

That interview was 8 days ago. So hopefully next week.

You rightly ask about the lessor's obligation - JP says nothing so can it be assumed there is no obligation? How old is the refinery, was it ever used, is it in a state of delapidation, etc etc? - better to build a new refinery.
Is the first time it has been mentioned - bit strange! Any pictures of this discovery. Are there other 'assets' on site?
This is the problem with JP - he writes down what will please investors and clearly he knows it works. The two CA's on the bridge should inform him that many investors on board the ship are more interested in the whole picture.

Hi Stewy .. But TOMco get $3 a barrel so in the rns they are talking about 10,000 barrels a day and there is a 10 year lease. That is a serious amount of money don't you think. Surely TOMco have more to do. Maybe like build the refinery with Valkor and then run it. Your thoughts please.

Nothing ducky as far as I'm aware. The renters full obligation to upgrade the refinery. It's a free punt for us.

I dont know the full ins and outs, maybe someone else can comment further but reading the announcement it is not much. The refinery is the responsibility of the tenant.

Online we have a big difference in the buy and sell price.

0.633p sell and 0.662p buy for 1 Mill.

Price 0.64p and 0.67p

I'll settle for very soon. I have been reading the recent rns's thinking we had been told. But couldn't see any dates. Not sure we will see a terms sheet as it may be too sensitive. But of course I don't know.

i hope very soon, my feeling is that we dont want to be drilling production wells in the June/July and giving 90% of the revenue away. So I think funding will be completed by easter with the term sheet a good while before that for the legal team to have time to study it.
