And who is the refiner. Well I can think of a few names, you should research airline fuel needs and refinery owners and potential refinery owners etc etc.

Fenners, putting aside our own plant and drilling, what is $3 x 10,000 x let's say 300 days for maintenance? Plus $10,000 a month....versus $20m land price.

I read that lease as Conditiona on buying the 90%
It's just another way to commit TOM into buying overpriced land
If you assume no income from barrels for the foreseeable just a carrot to hook $16m
Why were the land owners Not doing this 5 years ago?
There is no new drill data so the mystery refiner could already have been doing it

As rmart says, the refinery will likely be for production from other producers. There are lots of permits going in to the system for drilling conventional oil 20-40 miles W -SW
