Ducky the market makers based on supply and demand , buying and selling , the market and all its intricate workings

It doesn't always get it right

Sometimes prices are too low and in comes a bidder who sees more value , sometimes they get ahead of themselves and there's a sell off.

Then there's the general market sentiment etc

In our case it's all about the future and how risky or not ..the potential cash flows are

Get the finance deal done and a big risk factor is removed , the " expected" cash flows improve , the NPV improves ..the share price goes up as buyers scramble for shares

Post the finance deal ..get wells in , get oil flowing , get positive cash flow

Get the 80% of the land bought , get the 5000 brl/ day plant started , get it producing

Every step de risks the future cash flows and improves the expected cash flows and NPV which drives up the share price as punters scramble to buy

Right now people buying shares can see the potential and are willing to take greater risk for higher rewards

As the journey progresses sellers will take what they're happy with and new buyers will enter as the project is de risked

Bidders if they're quietly watching ...where do they jump in ....

Once finance is approved ...an experienced oil finance provider has done due diligence ..that's enough for us

Once plant construction starts

Once the 5000 brl/ day plant is completed and starts producing ..even if at this stage there will be a massive future potential to add on ...because of the multi site licence

We will have to wait and see

But this feels alot more tangible than the heating things up method we had as our only option a few years ago ( thermo ...??)

And we now have three separate projects to factor in which was not the case when previous broker notes were issued. Completely different company now so let the re rating begin ;)

Get the finance agreed , then let's get a good solid broker note out quoting a full range of price possibilities

That should then set a base price for any vultures flying about

If all goes well I think Rmarts 10 * today's valuation is still well low ...100 m ...SP of 6p

I'm not going to dig that report out that gave an indicated NPV but wasn't it over 20 p even including de risking factors ??

At the end of the day Ducky the market decides

But in theory the share price should be the NPV of future cash flows ...as our projects risks are gradually overcome those cash flows are de risked and the price should go up

The bottom for a share price should be it assets valuation

New companies with new technology also will have a big potential factor in the SP

If the share price happens to be below any of these ..the takeover brigade come sniffing ..personally I think this is well under valued , even right now

RMART .. What actually happens when a share has really big POSITIVE news. Who decides the share price ?

Is it purely buyers v sellers dictating the share price ?

Tomco should be £100m market cap once finance is announced. I am not saying it will get thhere in 1 jump but imo it will get there.

Peak Value IP's valuation study of Petroteq's CORT indicated a fair market value (FMV) ranging from $229 Million to $326 Million. The analysis of investment value (IV) ranging from $598 Million to $850 Million. The analysis has also considered a proposed production facility to be operated in Utah that will produce 5,000 barrels of oil per day. The valuation also encompasses the value of the separated sand as salable to third-parties, providing additional value to the IP beyond the market of oil. The deployment of the IP into multiple oil sand fields is a critical milestone in achieving Petroteq's goals for IP adoption.

Tomco, with a multisite licence for unlimited 5000 bopd plant currently has a £10m market cap ...... Unbeleivable.

Once this funding is announced it simply cannot stay around this level.

I was surprised the share price fell this morning after such a good week last week.
Good to see us back up over 0.6p again.
I think the general market worries this morning had us down.

Mikecoster - 25 Jan 2022 - 13:52:32 - 25055 of 25687 TOMCO - TURBOSHALE - Commercialising Oil Shale Production - TOM
I have roughly 68k coming from Petroteq shares coming next month. I intended to put another 50k into Tomco. Never have I known a Company that has the capacity to pull the rug from under your feet like this lot when you least expect it."

You could not possibly have been wrong , could you ?
Takeover has already happened ?
