Fenners that post is simply ridiculous. You honestly believe they are going to have 28% interest on $145m ? You are bonkers or a windup. . And how do you know the refinery is being used for oil drilled on Ts2? It could be shipped in for refinery. In fact more likely it is.

$11m income for doing nothing. That is $11m of pure profit. On land not needed for the 5000bopd plant of their own or for the drilling of the wells.

So may start a test drill 3 months behind schedule .... using their own cash raised from the placing.

IF they spend another $16m on 90% of the land interest - "someone " will rent a 10,000 bod refinery (which was going to be demolished)

Meanwhile TOM would be paying 28% on the initial 10% + financing the balance - at a similar rate would cost over $500k a month....

IF they buy the 90% - wow how tempting spend $16m + interest to earn $10k a month - that will fool em.

WHY would Someone else be using the refinery not them ?
Clearly someone else would be having to drill for oil - Not them.

Seems as I said months ago - why would Valkor drill for oil for them when they can drill for their own?

Seems TOM is hoping to spend nearly $18m to become a landlord ...

Just a moment - you are reacting badly. You should learn to consider all commentaries and think. Apparently the permits are outstanding and there may be a problem with the funding. If anything is NOW in doubt, the BOARD must tell the market tomorrow and not wait for days. Otherwise investors have the right to believe what they have been told recently via several sources and await further announcements.

Do you know how placings work? I'm guessing not. They have just handed over £1.2m (not all Cantors I know). The sale of these shares, and subsequent purchase by others, doesn't actually affect Tomco's bank balance. They have the cash in the bank now regardless of cantors holding. Indeed they have done ok so should Tomco come back I'm sure they'd back them with funds again.
