Your remark that TOM is well funded is simply nonsense and why are doing this - just to bolster the shares held by you and colleagues. TOM is a mature enterprise and should by this time have built adequate cash reserves sufficient for years not 12 months. Short termism is a feature of this business which you endorse and you eat from the palms of those whose vision is equally short sighted. The latest issue was an emergency issue after the chairman had earlier stated a placing would not be required.
This is something that US funders will pick up on when they officially decide to accept / turn down the heads quite apart from appraisal of TOM's financial status and its impressive list of liabilities both actual and accumulating. Of course this affects GREENFIELD contrary to your expert opinion. Would you personally endorse a mega transaction in such circumstances?
Now keep calm if you read this! Many would agree with these statements of fact.

Thats a fair days trading with the hangover we have had but I suspect we are nearer 50 mill now from 10 mill this morning. another day like today and it will be gone and the share price will rapidly progress to .9

Sold 30m, 30m were bought. Should be in safer hands by the time news starts to drop. And the company will be well funded. Strong position to be in.
