07/2/2022 10:21 | VAUCH It’s the quality of the people involved that make or break TOM. Continuous comings and goings - lack of reliable quality controlled info. If some are willing to put up with it jolly good luck! | ![]() lopodop
07/2/2022 10:02 | Looks that way, if we brake back into the .60s will be a big day. | ![]() talais
07/2/2022 09:57 | lol WILSON2, only if you lose money and hang on to the bitterness for the rest of your life like you are. Berk. | rmart
07/2/2022 09:55 | Their speaks a bitter and twisted man that has no concept of stock dealing and even less of an understanding that company's don't make it big overnight it can take many years. But anyone wanting to buy should not listen to others, Negative or positive views but do their own research from the company's own web sights and read the RNS releases. | ![]() vauch
07/2/2022 09:46 | Don't buy Tomco, you will regret it for the rest of your life | ![]() wilson2

07/2/2022 09:31 | So a placement of shares has gone from definitely a new investor wanting in , must be Cantors to "Talais 7 Feb '22 - 08:46 - 25420 of 25425 Once the placing shares are flipped, it will move up quite quickly, a lot of new interest here now, gla" All of the shares needing to be shifted on in a matter of days... If this placing was so inviting , why are they being dumped so soon? As usual the ramping on the La La board does not add up. | ![]() fenners66
07/2/2022 09:08 | .559 paid hopefully we will start to move now | ![]() talais
07/2/2022 09:05 | IMO there can't be a lot left , we had some very large trading days, and some large out of hours delayed trades, like this morning 28mil delayed trade, we have a lot of news to come over the next month, | ![]() talais
07/2/2022 08:59 | Any idea roughly how many placing shares are left to flip Talais? | ![]() ajj2003
07/2/2022 08:58 | Spread close up, could move up, | ![]() talais
07/2/2022 08:52 | SL What happened to PJ is wholly irrelevant! TOM is about an accomplished CEO, two chartered accountants and a well regarded oil / gas expert. There can be no excuses for failure. They are experts and have to deliver despite having only one person on the ground in UTAH some of the time. And yes a beautiful day should make all feel buoyant - yes! | ![]() lopodop
07/2/2022 08:46 | Once the placing shares are flipped, it will move up quite quickly, a lot of new interest here now, gla | ![]() talais
07/2/2022 08:41 | nice start to the day. Lets hope we can crack on to 1p+ before the big news. | rmart

06/2/2022 23:28 | "the real Tomco chat forum" Which is operated to suppress anyone expressing any doubts about TOMCo despite their unbroken record of failure and losses... Its hardly a chat forum - its self indulgent and led by someone who crowed how drilling was starting 1st week of Dec 2020 as if he had direct communication with the company. As far as Term Sheet's are concerned. Greenfield does not have one yet. But if they eventually got one , what could possibly go wrong? I only read on Friday about JP's past with Term Sheets and their failure to prevent Reform Energy Plc from liquidation , non-binding agreement don't you know. He signed of the LIQ02 statement of affairs 12-01-2021 which showed a deficit of £7.5m. The official document trail between accounts talking of term sheets and administration /liquidation dries up so I do not know what (if anything ) happened about the Term Sheet.... So as a non-binding agreement is just that , not even having one means less at this time. Now lets see what could a lender put in one? We XYZ lender see Greenfield have almost zero collateral. What assets? No track record No team of employees. Total reliance on 3rd parties. Outstanding commitments of $1.725m + what is it $16m (?) to find for the 90% land interest. Interest to pay at 28% pa Other than some consultancy income , no income stream. What would dragons den ask in return? | ![]() fenners66
06/2/2022 20:32 | If you read this board but thing you need a balanced view go to the real Tomco chat forum | ![]() vauch

06/2/2022 19:45 | RNS'd on 16/11/20 Vauch The Petroteq Licence In order to provide Greenfield with access to Petroteq's Oil Sands Technology and to enable it to be utilised in future commercial scale oil sands plants to be developed by Greenfield, Greenfield has entered into a new non-exclusive multi-site licence with Petroteq. The Petroteq Licence has been granted in consideration for the funding that Greenfield has provided to date in respect of the upgrades to the POSP, being US$1.5 million, and a further US$0.5 million to be invested by Greenfield into the POSP. This is an important step for Greenfield as it allows Greenfield to use Petroteq's Oil Sands Technology, which includes Petroteq's processes for the recovery of oil from oil sands, patents, other intellectual property and know-how, in any future oil sands plants to be built by Greenfield in the United States. The Petroteq Licence also clarifies the ownership of any IP developed as a result of the POSP upgrade and associated trials or otherwise developed by Greenfield in the future. Any such IP will be the property of Petroteq and pursuant to the Licence, Petroteq will grant Greenfield the ability to utilise such IP, together with any additional IP developed by Petroteq, in accordance with the terms of the Licence. For any future oil sands plants built by Greenfield utilising the Petroteq Licence, a 5% royalty of net revenues received from oil products produced from oil sand resources at any oil sands plants will be payable by Greenfield to Petroteq. | ![]() bungeetrader |
