Looking at John Potter's appointment RNS1 February 2018 it seems that he was indeed the same as those other companies

John David Potter, aged 48
Current directorships/partnerships

Hirad Ltd
Reform Energy plc

Reform Energy Solutions Ltd
Reform Energy Stations Ltd
Wyre Tidal Energy Ltd

Past directorships/partnerships (last 5 years) APA Developments Ltd

John Potter had to sign that off in December 2020
so I guess he was a busy man.....

Indeed. But the outcome sounds more positive than "not a chance". Binding term sheets in a couple of weeks following an update last night.....it appears the one man band might just pull it off.

Every time I see/hear Schlumberger I always think " Deepwater Horizon".

Edit: I don't mean in a bad way!

Diddy, I'd value your opinion, especially on the progress with regards funding. They must be confident to announce a small window of "closure before Easter"that's not kicking the can very far!

Good to see it confirmed in the presentation that Schlumberger are also part of the team.

Binding terms sheet in couple of weeks...how you pulling that one apart Fenners? (Should be good)Clearly we don't know the terms but doesn't sound like they have "no chance of funding". Quite the opposite, I'm sure terms will have been discussed over the last months.

Zac says the sand is the "Primary revenue" and oil is secondary

Then goes on to talk about value of oil

Next question is about the WTI environment

Sounds muddled and inconsistent

Can't discuss the value of their "primary income"

Says to me it could be "window dressing " the project as enviro friendly but its pretty see through.

Why do they have to bother?

Also an off take agreement to be signed shortly, does that not come with some forward payment, to Tomco

As for

"SAN "

This is supposed to impress financiers with their $200m loans ?

SL they are not showing the sand as an "Add-on"

Its the first 4 lines of their revenue.

That "says" (whether intended or not ) they are focusing on Sand.

If they did not mean that - then put the oil products first
If they did mean it - that completely changes the focus..
Then the question is WHY?

Because there is anti oil heat on licensing and funding?

That is the sort of stuff the big buyers want to see + funding.

Silica sand nearly $200/ton? Licence to print money.

I see Zac Phillips now helping JP. Good move.

Check out the value of silica sand fenners. I believe the sand by-product of the process can be separated easily into different grades of sand with silica very high returns. The sand could potentially be a very high value add on.

Slide 18

Risk capital with 2 reference indicators - but no explanation

$175m

Up from the recent $145m
Up from the less recent $110m

What did I already say ?
Said a long time ago $150m was too low, now they move closer...

Keep going as I said they are always going to start low.....

Fantasy plant just got $30m further away it seems.
It starts with advising read the disclaimer , then makes the disclaimer very small print .....

My main takeaway from that video is...

Binding term sheet from the potential funders expected in the next couple of weeks, with the funders targeting financial close before Easter (17th April).
