Problem is this company has been (just for a lifetime) imagining something was going to happen and shareholders have been captivated by it , losing up to 99.9999% of the original share price in the process.

Invest in a company that does not need to imagine what it might be like to have a business....

agreed, I just dont get it. The share price should be near the offer price. It all seems too odd to be true.

It would either be the offerer buying up stock or punters buying in with a guaranteed bagger. It just does not add up to me.

Didn't damac already explain what was happening and the shareholders would have to RNS their holdings to account for the increased number of shares. The numbers dropped out for the first in this sequence of RNSs exactly as predicted?

Cantor clients reduced again.

Monecor is a CFD and they have banked a bit of profit already by the looks of it.

that looks like it could fail to me. Up until this extention there were only around 18% of shares tendered. They need 50%+1. Without this extention it would have failed.

I hope more people get their tenders in. Or am I wrong vauch.
