I think the wait for us pqe shareholders is two to three working days. I'm expecting mine Feb 10th. Be good to get funding news out well before that date.

Yep that is why I have sold out of other investments to put some of my PQE payout in now and reinvest my sold stocks later

Does ZP have the requisite experience to be a non-exec. True he has years of oil and gas knowledge and expertise etc which apparently he has already been delivering to TOM as a consultant ( presumably well paid).
But does he have the necessary experience to contribute to policy and strategy and future strategy. If he does why was he not appointed before now.
One can only assume that his predecessors as non execs were dissatisfied because they did not agree with JP's management and perhaps also disagreed with the two non execs.
about policy and strategy etc and that is why they departed. In which case he may find himself in a tricky position if he too does not agree with His co-non execs. Of course TOM has only one executive director. VAUCH as a prominent investor here, are you really content by the way TOM is progressing? You say that you are going to invest your Petroteq bonanza in TOM given recent events?

I can conclude he may have purchased TOmco at a higher price and is stuck unable to trade without a loss until they process some oil and move up the share price
