Yes we've had a good heart to heart today and broken down a few barriers. I believe we might be having lunch soon.

I see Lopodop now agrees the share price here should be at least 3 to 5 times higher. Not that it matters what he thinks.

So you are saying this £10m company should right now be valued at £50m with the projects it has ahead of it?That my friend is a buying opportunity. The market will catch on. I knew you'd see the light. See you end of Feb to celebrate. Good luck.

2p - 3p ought to be NOW. JP and the NED's should learn how to lay out the shop window and keep it uptodate with fact not hopes. Even Viston may take notice!

So we are agreeing a vow of silence on this thread until the end of February? No "what ifs"? Great, job done. Maybe some facts did penetrate the nut. By the way I think your earlier prediction of 2-3p is about right but maybe in Q2. Let's hope you are correct.

Let's see where TOM is by end of February.

And you regularly point out that NED's have no influence here..so why the sudden interest in them? Ran out of decent doubts to cast?

You mean when that last ned was pushed? Wasn't he a trouble maker? Can't recall his name. That had no impact on the share price. In fact the price is now higher than when he was in station. He can't have been that good for us eh?

Let's wait and see! You could have a look back at previous board changes in the meantime.

Chad, I've been trying to put a few facts to lopidops 'what ifs' for him but they appear to keep coming! He's a hard nut to crack, has a very short memory or just dismissive of facts. I fear he is beyond help. Especially if he uses Rmarts 'time of the month' as an investing barometer. (No offence rmart!) :-)

I’ve been looking at the amount of posts on here, trying to understand why anyone would comment so much, on something there obviously not invested in, surely there time and effort’s should be on there own investments, as they say, nowt as strange as folk, have a nice weekend everyone.

Is one of them going to resign this month? Is that what you've heard? Or be replaced/improved? Which one?

Richard or Louis? Apparently Louis brought Zac Phillips to the table, which in itself makes his appointment worth while. Richard, well I'm not sure what he's brought so should he wish to move on I don't think many would lose much sleep. As you have been critical of the NEDs for many months to suggest their departure as a negative is laughable.

Names? Which NED? They would resign over "poor shareholder communications". Really? How strange.

There has never been a more exciting time to be a shareholder here. Fully funded to deliver near term revenues, first ever oil revenues, and substantial they could be. This will set the company up for a very bright future.

You may not have reason to doubt the Board's unity. Take a look at the directorships held by the NEDS. CERTAINLY they would not wish to TARNISH their reputations and professional qualifications by being associated with AN AILING TOM for too long. But they can only back JP so far and frankly it will be surprising if they will tolerate the poor shareholder communication much longer. Some NEDS may feel that they have been over lenient with JP for too long. Well let's see what is going to happen this month!

You tell me which of the NEDs is not happy and the reason why and we can have a proper discussion on it....

With all due respect to rmart his sentiment has zero impact on anything. To suggest it does is bizarre. I am told the board are pulling together, I have no reason to doubt that. Can you show me it isn't? A NED is free to resign should he not agree with the direction. They won't remain associated with failure. Everything is on track with all projects and very exciting times.

The fact of the situation is you are not in a position to say whether JP has the full support of the Board. Of course JP and the NEDs would not say otherwise - have a guess why? JP apparently said it was the intention to start initial drilling in December. Nothing has been said since and it seems JP has only recently returned to UTAH. Even RMART is expressing frustration with JP.
Can JP Deliver? Surely you must have doubts as must others.
Can TOM raise the necessary funding? What positive evidence is there so far and is TOM in financial difficulty? OK you say no but...
Please do not deny your concern and disappointment; it's a big shame that another TOM project is wavering!

And these are not 30,000 feet middle of North Sea drills. Circa 600ft mainland USA. Not without risk but as an 'extra' project for a £10m company very exciting. Hoping next week sees the exploration wells drilled and gets the ball rolling.

Happy days indeed damac.

Excellent project to generate income as the master plan gets up and running.

Finance for future plants and projects should not be a problem given the numbers involved so repeat, repeat, repeat ;)

Good luck to all.

Look at the market cap, rather than the share price. This won't be a £10m company once its producing oil and has £115m funding in place for new plant. It should be 5 to 10 times that value

The company WILL bring in the required team as the project and revenues allow. Had they employed a FD, COO, PA to the CEO then cash burn would have sent TOM under. They deserve credit and shareholders support for the work to get tomco to the stage where they can afford to build the team, company and share price. Near term revenues will drive that.
