Simply a QFI ramp imo. No matter how well Tomco funding discussions are going, and I believe they are progressing, it won't equate to 'an exciting 2022" for QFI where our 5k plant (s) is concerned.

But this is the real point, how on Earth can this operation be managed without a continuous presence in UTAH. It smacks of amateurism and is why TOM is in an ongoing muddle. How many non execs does TOM have here - 3 plus a consultant. What is Groat playing at?

lopodop, I sold half of my Tomco shares a while back and bought into PQE, I have now tendered my shares at approximately 300% profit, so I’m quite relaxed to see which way Tomco go, this is AIM after all and we all know the risk, but for me I have been fortunate.

How interesting! But if a placing discounts the share value to .35p how does that sit with your £250k.
On the plus side, if TOM Undertakes a complete OVERHAUL of its personnel and starts to show flair, TOM may then receive some very interesting approaches.

Yep once the deal is done all property and patents will be with Viton.
Making Tom the only company in the US with multi use licences.
So other cos could go for a licence or team up with us to extract for them.

Chadwick, you need to get the CEO to tone down his comments/assumptions.

The buying on Tuesday looked a bit tired. An excellent opportunity to take profits/bail out.
