I got wind of the Petroteq offer acceptance early this morning, hence my earlier post. The USA license should now be worth even more as Petroteq will be delisted.

So about another 5 weeks behind schedule already .

And La La Land would not believe it when I mentioned TOM has a history of failing to meet deadlines , timelines , plans....

I have done some research on TOM this last year and that was what I had concluded would happen .

Always the risk with everything although the relationship seems very strong and they have their eye on the prize. Obviously a lot of planning gone into this behind the scenes so looking good imho. Good luck with your top up and you will be giving Hatto a run for his money soon ;)

Morning Vauch, see where you are coming from but the difference between Tomco and Petroteq is Valkor taking a 29% interest in the company. One hell of a deterrent again a hostile bid which makes one unlikely, as long as Valkor are loyal to the big picture of course. Good luck with your investments.

No one on here is particularly interested in PQE. However, this lot, need to start getting some rns’s out. It would have been good to have hit the road running today
