14/9/2021 14:09 | We really need rolling news , new shareholders , more volume and some share price movement When the good news arrives ( hopefully within the next 2 weeks ).. the 10% deposit on the lease deal ...we could also do with a solid broker note , explaining the future and company value with maybe a phased share price target We don't want another price spike ...we need a re-rate that is sustained ! | ![]() jaynealex

14/9/2021 13:56 | fenners, you know all the answers. you are just being silly. You know what happened with the trial, you know the result, you know greenfield have a multi site licence, you know the plant they build will be massively improved, you know Valkor are becoming a cornerstone investor in Tomco (29%), you know there are 50m barrels (minimum) on the tar sands land, you know there is 3rd party verification of the process, you know we can also sell sand which makes the oil production cost zero, you know the oil is a saleable commodity and you can add up 5000 x probably an equivalent of $100+ per barrel of oil based on todays price and the sand element. You know all of this and yet you say that the people giving the finance will not understand any of this? are you for real? someone giving the finance will know everything and the potential profit. They will also most likely know Steve Byle of Valkor, and there will more than likely be more than one entity wanting in on the project. However. You 3 stooges on here will never accept it, we all know that, everyone sees the desperate ramblings which by the way are having ZERO effect. You 3 are a busted flush. Carry on though, rant on, drivel on, make up your assumptions again and again and again..... PATHETIC. I will await the completion of the first 10% of tar sands in the next 2 weeks or so and then I will see what you all have to say then. Get your next script ready because you are going to need it. The deal WILL be done and there is nothing you can do about it. | rmart
14/9/2021 13:40 | LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Technavio has been monitoring the frac sand market and it is poised to grow by USD 4.27 billion during 2020-2024, progressing at a CAGR of almost 10% during the forecast period. 14/9/2021 13:38 | oops Diddy, once again your research is letting you down. The U.S. Geological Survey estimates that about 28 million metric tons of sand, valued at about $1.3 billion, was produced domestically in 2012 for use as proppant and related applications. it is up since then..... The global frac sand market size reached a value of almost USD 7.2 billion in the year 2020. The market is further expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.5% between 2021 and 2026 to reach a value of almost USD 11.1 billion by 2026. | rmart
14/9/2021 13:38 | So when did the plant go back to Petroteq ? 2/7/21 Tomco announced "Highlights Greenfield's operation of the POSP now complete " Because it seems like Petroteq are still running it, look at their RNS 12/8/21 Thanks for the $1.5m upgrade ... Then 26/8/21 Tom announces that they plan to by Valkor out of Greenfield But Petroteq own the process and have a working (?) plant If you read Petroteq's caveats they say the plant has never run commercially I guess not if over 70 days it produces 236 barrels (Not my words read their RNS) If no financier lends Tom $110-150m what have they got ? What has Petroteq got? IF CORT works , is this a one horse race? | ![]() fenners66

14/9/2021 13:16 | Fenners - why would a company that might want to lend $110m to a one man band ever need to do any due diligence. They could visit the deluded thread and the road to riches would roll out in front of their eyes. Frankly sourcing the cash on this one will be the easiest part. Should they ever source the funding, that is when the difficult part starts. Small problem however in the short term with a few liquidity issues. | ![]() the diddymen

14/9/2021 12:45 | Just a little bit of research..... | ![]() fenners66
14/9/2021 12:45 | Does this look familiar ? The tech is described as same or similar The planned output was 1,500 bpd The board had some real experts parachuted in. The company that had burned nearly $100m needed finance. The rate was 15% (base rate has not moved much since 2017) Warrants were used as an inducement. It was the same land (I believe) !!! It all ended in tears....for some. | ![]() fenners66
14/9/2021 12:41 | No one addressed the previous post on the other thread re US Oil Sands Inc. "ABOUT US OIL SANDS INC. US Oil Sands is engaged in the exploration and development of oil sands properties and, through its wholly owned United States subsidiary US Oil Sands (Utah) Inc., has a 100% interest in bitumen leases covering 32,005 acres of land in Utah's Uinta Basin. The Company has developed a proprietary extraction process which uses a bio-solvent to extract bitumen from oil sands without the need for tailings ponds." They went bust. 2017 after this :- "The US$7.5 million senior secured loan facility carries a 15% annual interest rate, is repayable after one year and is extendible for an additional 12 months if, by the end of the initial 12-month term, the Company has produced an average of 1,500 barrels per day for 30 consecutive days at a cost of less than US$45.00 per barrel, inclusive of all operating, transportation and marketing costs, together with corporate G&A; essentially a cash-basis corporate cost" As an inducement to provide the Financing, ACMO was granted, on a post-consolidation basis, 24,000,000 warrants that are exercisable at $0.75 for a term of five years. Had to accept a board appointment "Mr. Quarls currently serves as a Managing Director at Global Infrastructure Partners, a $40 billion infrastructure private equity fund with an emphasis on North American midstream energy." | ![]() fenners66
