What has Petroteq got to do with Tomco ?
I suspect he has "invested" in Tomco and needed to ask......

A piece of useful information from Fenners on the other BB:-

For any oil sands plants built by Greenfield utilizing the Petroteq license, a 5% royalty of net revenues received from oil products produced from oil sand resources will be payable by Greenfield to Petroteq."

It is talking about oil products only, NOT sand. Sand could be half the product if any variation in oil prices.

To put that in simple terms

They say they produced 250 barrels in 250 days
and 236 barrels in 70 days

And that is supposed to convince financiers that this process can do either the planned 250 - 500 a day from that plant
or 5000 a day from a new $110m plant......

How convinced will they be ?

We all know the stated aim was 500bpd

Just looked at the Petroteq announcements - so once again reported "facts" RNS's

This ties in to 2 points .

1 , they clearly never achieved a consistent production
2 , there were delays throughout the startup phase - that certainly suggest delays are the norm.

Anyone know how many barrels they actually produced ?

But TOM own all of Greenfield, so those extra shares, if all warrants taken up, should not impact upon TOM’S overall value per share. Is that right? "

yes someone added the correction to explain NPV per share , but if "investors" do not understand the basics , they clearly need some aid in their "investing" decisions.

Speaking of which , something else of import the fantasists missed yesterday....

"For any oil sands plants built by Greenfield utilizing the Petroteq license, a 5% royalty of net revenues received from oil products produced from oil sand resources will be payable by Greenfield to Petroteq."

But without finance its all fantasy...

What is the market anticipating? Yet so many here choose to blind themselves. A placing could devastate the share price and wreck hope value. Remember although JP says TOM has got it right this time, common sense should urge care in assessing what has been announced so far.

The latest "idea" reported from the AGM (alledgedly) is that finance would not now happen until the year end.
So nothing would start until 5m+ after the FEED study.

Then
"the overall engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") phases of the project are forecast to take 54-62 weeks, barring any significant supply chain issues or adverse weather conditions during construction and commissioning."

When has TOM ever had delays adverse weather issues or even permit application appeals and blocks , ever in the last 10 years ?!?

Even the test plant was months behind schedule !

So the fantasy calculations Should be looking at multi-year before anything is finished.

But what chance is there that anyone lends them that cash ?
