There will be many interested parties, just look at the battle to take over Petroteq, we are essentially the same with the multi site licence.

Lopo, I do not think that TOM had an option but to report. If thay had not the share price would have floored. As it is it will drift.

It has bought another 30 days, and has been fluffed up with the start of the technical evaluation of the site and the engineering. Just pointing out that professional costs will be high.

The good news for shareholders is that any potential party looking at taking up a placing will wait now given the uncertainty. The bad news is that cash burn could become fundamental and a placing too late.

Perfect opportunity for the Directors to show faith in the project by committing some of their wealth.

Greenfield in advanced discussions to show that customers are waiting in the wings. Brilliant news to take into the funding discussions.

It may be that TOMco have had one offer for the finance but are waiting for others.

At least an announcement - but another 100,000$ down the pan. Why doesn't Groat tell shareholders the truth and resign?

Greenfield is in advanced discussions with potential off-takers of both oil and sand from the Site and the results from the due diligence exercise, that is substantially complete, have so far has been positive. However, there can be no certainty that the due diligence exercise will ultimately be concluded or that Greenfield can secure the required funding to complete the acquisition of a 100% Membership Interest

$100,000 for an extra 30 days. In other words unable to commit to $200,000, which now becomes $300,000.

When is the AGM?

Additional news on mine planning and reserves also being undertaken so things definitely moving forward. Additionally, in parallel with working to secure the required funding, Greenfield has recently begun working with Stantec Inc, a global design and delivery firm with extensive experience in the oil and gas and mining sectors, on mine planning for the Site, and with Netherland Sewell & Associates, global petroleum consultants, on a Site reserves report, together with other preparatory work.

Sounds good to me, looks like funding will be sorted by end of next month and we are good to go! Well done for not parting with the £1.5m before securing the funding as some mentioned yesterday. Good move and obviously with the blessing of the seller.

Just read the RNS .. Pretty positive I thought. I guess we have to assume that
the 110 million finance needs more time / another month to get resolved.

The fact that they are putting in another 100k indicates that the loan is more likely to be granted than not.

Qfi rns Quadrise Fuels International PLC01 September 20211 September 2021Quadrise Fuels International plc("Quadrise", "QFI", the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")Publication of bioMSAR(TM) Test ResultsQuadrise , the supplier of MSAR(R) and bioMSAR (TM) emulsion technology and fuels, which are low-cost, cleaner alternatives to heavy fuel oil and biofuels, is pleased to report that test results of bioMSAR(TM) on a medium speed 4-stroke Wärtsilä diesel engine at the VTT facility in Finland, confirming the results announced by the Company on 11 August 2021 when compared to conventional liquid fuels, are now available at: https://www.quadrisefuels.com/biomsar/references/ .bioMSAR(TM) Test Highlights: -- Engine efficiency was higher (up to 7%) than with marine diesel, increasing with engine load. -- Average calculated CO(2) emissions were 26% lower than diesel on a life-cycle ("well-to-wake") basis, due to a combination of the 40% renewable glycerine content of bioMSAR(TM) and the higher engine efficiency.-- NOx emissions were lower than for prior HFO and MSAR(R) tests, and comparable to diesel, with further NOx optimisation possible.-- Smoke and particulate levels were very low, as were unburned hydrocarbons emissions, due to efficient fuel combustion. -- The existing diesel engine fuel pumps and injectors worked well with bioMSAR(TM). The bioMSAR(TM) test utilised 5 tons of bioMSAR(TM) manufactured at the Quadrise Research Facility, formulated with the intention of achieving a 20% CO(2) reduction and the results presented are in comparison to diesel at 75% load, which is a typical operating regime for a marine 4-stroke diesel (testing range of 50% to 90% load).Further bioMSAR(TM) Testing at AquafuelAs previously announced by the Company on 11 August 2021, further tests of bioMSAR(TM) are being conducted on our Cummins 4-stroke, high-speed diesel engine generating set to allow accurate performance monitoring, optimisation and measurements to be made. We expect the results of this testing at Aquafuel to be available by the end of September

Freedom of speech in this country old lad! Let Ducky or anyone else say what they wish. You are pretty good at making presumptions yourself. If Someone wants to guess Potter's whereabouts let them.

You should understand I was referring to the non-refundable "option" deposit.
That set an arbitrary deadline , they have a first come option but an obligation.
Why?

You say maybe the seller imposed the time limit.
Yes maybe. But is there another buyer which they are trying to beat?
Has their ever been a mention of another interested party?
After all this board leads me to believe that Greenfield has the sole license to roll out the tech....
So who else can rush in and buy the ground?

As far as explaining the scaleability - if the tech only works on this ground , its not scaleable , sure you could build one plant and then double the size , but the whole point of inventing the tech is to roll it out across the country to multiple sites and licenses etc....

So IF it works Commercially there should be loads of locations, loads of land to try it in.

Back to , why pay for the option and set an arbitrary deadline , who else is actually interested in the land ?

Knowing the truth on that gives some indication as to the credence.

DF seen comment on location of JP. That is irrelevant, if there is something to be reported the listed company has to report it in a timely manner.
