Quadrise RNS today:

Quadrise Fuels International, the supplier of MSAR® and bioMSARTM emulsion technology and fuels, low-cost, cleaner alternatives to heavy fuel oil and biofuels, notes the announcement by TomCo Energy plc ("TomCo") today in relation to Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield") and the Front End Engineering and Design ("FEED") study being carried out on the Petroteq Oils Sands Plant at Asphalt Ridge, Utah ("POSP"). The TomCo announcement explains in detail why commissioning and start-up of the POSP has been delayed during Q1'21, to enable the processing of ore from a potential site (the "Potential Site") which is being assessed and on which Greenfield's first 10,000 bopd plant may be built.



It is expected that the enhanced POSP will restart after Easter, and that oil samples extracted from ore of the Potential Site will then be taken, assayed, and then shipped in April to the UK, to enable the Company to complete the necessary lab and pilot testing at the Quadrise Research Facility ("QRF") as planned. As previously noted, we anticipate being able to complete the MSAR® tests at QRF within three weeks of samples being received.

Greenfield have had to come in and redesign/rebuild much of what PQE had previously cobbled together. This is possibly another element that Valkor have improved the design of.

There is a petroteq video from months ago regarding the new heating equipemnt which was installed so they could work through the cold winter months. This has been addressed months ago.

We knew the added equipment was on site on the 23rd March.

The facility maintenance program and equipment redesign have been completed for sand separation, clean sand production, and liquid and sediment extraction equipment. All equipment is now on site and commissioning of these devices is expected to begin immediately.

Also you must all see how you are being walked down from the expectation of 500bopd. This was a simple made up number that they casually littered into previous RNS in the same way they used similar figures for the turboshale farce. First the expectation was diluted to 250 in 12 hours, which cannot be just extrapolated to 500 in 24, as they tacitly suggest you can. Now the contraption is having a whole more modifications and using different input material such that in future RNS they will no longer refer or suggest relevant any production rates, as it has morphed into this amorphous non-specified 'test' which has no validation criteria and no configuration and variable consistency. So you will never truly know what happened across the last year or where your money went. Only the future story is relevant not the historic one. And therein lies the con you are all taken in by.

Yes, Tomco could have issued it last Monday as per Petroteq. Why did they delay it a week? I don’t know, perhaps they wanted to be more sure than Petroteq with regards to when the modifications would be complete ergo the comment about completion shortly after Easter.

Re your post by Sage from somewhere, I’m afraid he clearly doesn’t understand the concept of a FEED study. You can’t pick and choose which months of the year a FEED study applies to on a business model that is being designed to run all year round. It also has to be relative to the characteristics of the ore being processed. They stated that due to a temperature issue on part of the process, the ore from the proposed site currently (not Nov, Dec or Jan, currently!) being processed was not yielding the desired quantity. If they can demonstrate that introducing temperature to a certain part of the production process increases the yield from the ore now, then they can extrapolate that across the even colder periods of the year to calculate expected annual yield. Therefore, data gathered after the plant is turned back on next week is essential to turning out an informed and comprehensive FEED study.
