The last RNS by Tomco was the final results which stated :

We expect the FEED to be completed in Q1 2021 following third-party verification works. A potential site on which to build Greenfield's first 10,000 bopd plant has been identified and is being assessed which includes a pre-existing Large Mining Permit and suitable site infrastructure to enable construction to commence swiftly once funding has been secured. Although there will be challenges ahead, our firm objective is to maintain momentum and make significant progress with this project in the near future.

Q121 ends in March so we would expect the news in the next few weeks.

Stuart Stuart Stuart, my dear boy. Trust is often an admirable trait but more likely a demonstration of either naivety or simple mindedness. It is the premise of all frauds and confidence tricks. You see, your last comment exposes your unwillingness to comprehend the mere potential that all is not as it is presented. That all the shadows cast by the litany of failures and dubious individuals behind this sham can all be explained by castigating all contra views as the conspiracy theories of a loon. You fail to attack the detail of facts and evidence that expose this charade with any of the same willingness. It will be your downfall. Whilst loopy is a bit incoherent and not very well researched we must give him credit for seeing that all is not as it is presented and trying to understand more and finding these logical impasses. He has yet to be indoctrinated like you and the rest. Good on him.

I'll field that. Greenfield have no money left. Steve Byle is the only person permitted a debit card. Tomco are allowed access to check the account on the 7th Tuesday of every month as long as the CEO is accompanied by the chairman, cleaner and one of the NED's chauffeurs. Hope this helps.

Well the chairman who employed him is no longer with the company? Was it Mr Jones he was bowing to? Maybe pressure from the brokers to put him in place? Oh hang on TP were replaced by Novvum. I've no idea who you are suggesting the paymaster is.

Shaunx
Consider these points.

Reform statement of assets and liabilities list all the shareholders who have lost their money. How do they feel about their losses? Very understanding no doubt.

Greenfield is a US registered company - fine no problem - but suppose Valkor get fed up with Tomco and want to go it alone, where do shareholders stand here. Suppose Valkor make irresistible offer to John to join them exclusively. What happens to Tomco.

Could you blame John - these things happen - it could suit John to be out of UK and take family over. Very sorry Tomco but....

Sorry ladies and gentlemen - this is business.

Ok there is Board in London in charge but what about Greenfield - who is going to sort it - George S. You Brits make me laugh.

And so it goes on, hypothetical yes, but all risks actual / hypothetical the Board should be guarding against.

Anyway no problem because as you say Shaunx no one is interested.

Yada yada yada...Great strides, credible blah blah...It is going to be a very rude awakening for you all. Potter is not credible, he is a serial non-achiever and was employed because of his 'character' (euphemism check) not his suitability as professionally qualified or through experience. Old loopy is on the scent but found the wrong tree to bark at. So he is a director in a now defunct and discredited waste energy business fiasco, however the issue is how on earth did such a person find his way into the only seat in the Tomco office and who employed him and why. Occam' Razor chaps; two options, he was the best fit for a very credible upwardly mobile oil exploration business or he would do as he was told for his salary irrespective of consequence or ethics. Take your pick but only one answer when objectively resolved.

Stuart why don't you and a couple of others ask John if you could spend a couple of days over there to see for yourselves. I am sure Malcolm Groat will OK this and this will be good for John and give you a chance to evidence first hand what is going on.
