Lopo, you do realise you're only talking to about 30 people on here and 28 probably aren't interested in your belated research.

"Hi my names Malcolm I'm here on behalf of Tomco to assist and to check up on my CEO as I don't trust him. Did you hear about Reform? (tuts loudly and rolls eyes) My main skills are accountancy so if you have anything that needs counting give me a shout. Other than that I'm not sure what I'm doing at an oil processing facility but my shareholders insisted I popped over."Yes that will impress the Yanks.

How many times have the other Board members been over? If they haven't they should to support John, wave the flag and to check that all is on timeline especially now.

This CANNOT be run from UK exclusively.

It would be interesting to hear from them.

Should Tomco go belly up, the Board will have flown and John will take the flack, again.

Investors are with you all the way. That doesn't mean you should ignore their concerns and caveats.

Many are very seasoned and experienced having witnessed debacles many many times.

This could turn out to be a disaster which doesn't need to be so.

Possibly you know a great deal more than you are willing to state.

Others may be totally in the dark.

But the things being talked about serve to strengthen our investment and give even greater confidence.

Valkor and George S may be amused by the one man approach.

Malcolm Groat should get out there and wave the flag to support John and double check there are no flaws.

Is it really negative to suggest this. You are right in the main but not entirely.

You asked me directly 'am I worried'. The answer is emphatically no. I thought I'd made that clear. John Potter is, in my opinion, capable - in conjunction with the other partners in greenfield of succeeding with this project. He, Malcolm Groat and the NED's legal responsibilities are to ensure tomco shareholders are protected along the way. In Forrest Gump style "and that's all I've got to say about that."

I'm not going to spend all day on this. Has tomco made great strides in its partnership with valkor? Is it potentially on the verge of transformational progress? Is it fully funded for the foreseeable future? Are we having a go rather than waiting for redleaf etc?John has almost single handedly made this happen and so far proved his ability by moving a very dormant tomco to the brink of something massive.

No one is suggesting John has done anything illegal. Most probably he should have placed Reform into liquidation a lot sooner. The liquidator will form a judgement and file a report to the regulators. Worst case is he could be disqualified from acting as director but probably and highly unlikely.
Nevertheless this will be a distraction and concern for him.Does he have the knowledge to take Tomco forward. It will require a lot of careful judgement. Who is supporting him in this task and should there be double cover on site by an engineer. If you go through the agreements there are areas which are open ended and Tomco's interests could be prejudiced.
All want this to succeed and the future could be very rosy. But it all seems amateurish - just one man. What happens if Valkor ...... If John ....
Do not be blinkered - this is a very big deal - it needs all the expertise and attention that can be mustered. Tomco is as strong as its weakest links and if you think about it clinically these should be very apparent.
Surely you can see this?

By the way the company needs far greater funding to become a big player and one must hope the Board is thinking big on this one if Tomco is going to zoom.

I for one don’t care about John Potter’s previous involvement in companies that had nothing to do with Tomco. Companies that were disclosed at the time of John coming onto the board of Tomco, so yes, we are (or should be) all aware of this. Companies come and go all the time for all sorts of reasons. The vast majority of instances being legal and justified. If John had done anything illegal in previous companies he’d currently be sitting in jail somewhere, but he isn’t, go figure.

I only care about the here & now and what John is doing for Tomco which is a tremendous job. John has almost single handedly, with his expertise, knowledge and commitment, brought Tomco on leaps and bounds in the last 18 months or so. If it wasn’t for John we wouldn’t be in a joint venture with Valkor yet folk like you are intent on causing problems where there are none.

If you have a problem with Malcom Groat or John Potter then take it up with them. Your ranting on here is bordering on delusional and (for me anyway) you are close to joining the other crackpots on the filtered list.

Yes I'm sorry to tell you that every man and his dog knows that John holds/held other positions, as do many, many, probably most aim directors. You have not revealed a great unknown here. Got to be honest I don't keep a check on them, too much to do researching the excellent future John is creating here. I feel like your Friday night has been wasted.

So you knew about this situation. John was chief executive of two companies.
How can you say John is 100% committed when he has this Reform situation on his back.
Reform fiasco indicates a lack of skill on John's part and really he should do the decent thing.
Only Malcolm Groat can sort this out - time is very short. I sleep very well thank you and the weekends are fabulous just like the weeks.

Oh and many of the shareholders you claim should be concerned are putting a similar amount of effort looking into the future project that you are looking backwards, dissecting the directors past. Those shareholders will be sleeping well this weekend, albeit very excited. Check it out Columbo, the clues are all there.

Almost every aim listed director will hold other Directorships. Every single one of them. Many will be dissolved. This really is not news to anyone and certainly of no concern. John is 100% committed to tomco. Rather than the keyboard warrior stuff ring Malcolm and put your concerns to him. You might sleep better and enjoy your weekends more.

It seems John was chief executive of two companies during last couple of years although paid only by Tomco. Did shareholders know this?

How much time did John spend on Reform business at the expense of Tomco.Surely Malcolm Groat must know all about this.

Most importantly does John have the skill to take Tomco forward or are shareholders to left with a worthless shambles.

So many questions arise eg RF - should it be ditched now.

Clearly those of you admire John may be unperturbed by all of this, but take a deep breath it is unreal and untenable.

As CEO he will be taking big decisions and it has to be questioned if he has the skills.

Malcolm Groat has to decide and it will be a big test for him and not look good on his cv if Tomco fails.

Given the situation, some investors who have placed so much trust in Potter will be troubled and very worried.

You are starting to see the light. Reform was another sham suggesting they could build a power plant based on waste energy to power the ambitions of the never to be delivered Fleetwood fish market. Governments grants and lots of hyperbole was the grift, but low and behold, poor Reform was shown to be the sham it was and your CEO exited stage left after being exposed only to pick up the leading part in the one man play TOM. Ask yourself who employed him, it was not the owners ie you lot, but some shadow cabal who appoint all the grifters past and present. What skill does he have other than a history of over promise and shambolic, and perhaps some would suggest intended deceitful, non-delivery. JP's Cv is a painful read when you invested without understanding what you invested in. Ouch. But you had been warned.

Companies House show John being a director of Tomco. No reference to REFORM ENERGY.

Does the Board know about his Reform situation? John must be very concerned about his position as director there.

Of course it may not affect anything in the States but does he have the necessary skills? Stuart Little has high regard for John. What do you think?

Read the statement of affairs signed by John in December 2020 - massive deficiency of assets.

What on earth is going on - this is very concerning and someone needs to get over there and make sure all is as it should be.Does the chairman know for example about this?
